Master gives me privacy but it's not my right. He just sees no reason to spy on me. But if one day he decided he wanted to take away all my privacy I would be ok with that as well. I simply have nothing to hide from him so I don't get why privacy is such a big deal to people unless you both don't trust each other and you both have poor communication.

If it's just for funishment, wouldn't it be easier, not to mention cheaper, just to have her tell you when she did it?

If it is just for funishment, spend more money on it and making it more complicated seems more rational than when he's actual monitoring her, not less so.

Isn't it just easier and cheap to
- beat somebody with your hands instead of a flogger?
- pretend you're doing medical, school girl, puppy, pony, prison play without investing into the dedicated equipment for it?
- play at home instead of going to a dedicated public space and paying admission?
- tell somebody to hold still, instead of buying restraints and rope, and spending 15 minutes restraining them?

If he's doing it to scene it makes more sense for them to dedicate time, money and energy to the elaborate dedicated set up around it.
If he's genuinely checking up on her, a more barebones approach, such as just trusting her to tell him makes a lot more sense.

We spend money on gear and clothing that gets us hot all the time. Why is this gear any different, just because its a less common kink?

LOL yup. I used to think exactly that about bondage... "Gee, it seems like an awful lot of trouble when I could just tell her to lie still."

Honestly, my only issue with keyloggers is that I somehow doubt most people get the legal ramifications or exposures. It's one of those "sounds like a bit of harmless fun" things... until the cyber crimes division shows up at your door. In this case I didn't point that risk out because they are married which carries a fair amount of legal protection here. People keylog their maybe cheating spouses all the time and don't go to jail for it so it must be [mostly] legal in most jurisdictions at least in the US. A hidden spy cam is probably much safer because you don't end up with access to bank accounts, et.al. Even then I gotta believe there are laws about spying on folk that you'd have to be careful of.

Having to spend the time to find a way to watch her, not to mention the time it will take him to watch the videotape, it seems he could spend three hours a night and not find anything to funish her for. Three hours he could have spent fixing the leaking sink or actually playing.

Seems quite odd to me but if watching her when he could be actually doing things with her turns him on, then more power to him.

I don't know.... I find it kinda hot when I realize someone I dig is caught watching me... It makes me blush and get all goofy. I like that.

If I have someone watching me I can't concentrate on what I need to get done because I'm nervous and feel like I'm not going to live up to their standard or I am not doing it correctly and then I feel like a complete loser. I remember when my daughter lived at home and I was in the kitchen cooking, I couldn't concentrate on what I was doing and I would have to shoo her from the room.

hehe...I rarely think that.

It took me a little getting used to when Master would come into the kitchen but I've gotten used to it since when he does come out it's to give me cuddles behind me. [:)]

For some odd reason that doesn't bother me at all. [:D]

This is an aside to your question, but please read this. Sharing Passwords Is Romantic, But Not Without Risk

IMO, a keylogger might have a boatload of unintended consequences for your relationship. Don't underestimate the need for privacy (and trust.)

Thanks everyone for the advice I'm not sure what i actually want to do at this point haven't had much luck actually finding a good one but time will tell.

Privacy and trust in relationships are paramount. I would not want someone walking around behind me, monitoring my every move (or keystroke). If he can't trust me or give me some space then we obviously have some problems.
