Through thousands of years of carefull and rigorous selective breeding I have made my kids immune to bullshit.
Can I get a patent on that?

How the hell did I go off topic with patents directly controlled by politics?
Ah well, who cares?

And if I cant patent my seed wich is a result of selective breeding, how the hell can companies patent plantseeds?
Do I have to genetically modify my sperm to get a patent?
