Status: offline 		So... Lets say Bambi shaved yesterday. There, there... and there. Also there....

Now it feels like I'm covered in fire ants with razor-blade feet. Particularly these sweet cheeks are getting razor burn from sitting down. I've tried moisturizer and baby powder. Please help... What is the secret of the pros?

Status: offline 		Shaving a new area takes a little getting used to.

Using the sharpest (read, not cheap) razor helps too because instead of cutting the hairs off in blocks it kind of helps them have more of a finer tip so when they grow out they're not as bad.

Also, don't shave every day until the area is used to it (I don't shave anywhere more often than once a week...super sesative skin)

I use it for my manscaping needs and have introduced it to a few ladies.

Sorry, I never really liked "hard wood floors"

Status: offline 		Use a silicone-based lube to shave with. Then after, apply a few drops to skin when it starts to itch.

Status: offline 		you can also use any , "Pain relief" sunburn Gel with aloe(blue or green gel), as a short term relief....

Status: offline 		using a shaving creme with vitamin e and/or aloe is helpful. also, summer's eve has a lotion that soothes newly-shaved lady parts.

Status: offline 		lots of soap and hot water... works for me .. i dont have any problems... sometimes i will use shaving gel or baby oil but thats sometimes ... mostly its soap and hot water... good luck

Status: offline 		I use a Schick Hydro with a three-blade head. I have never cut myself and haven't had the horrible razor burn and ingrowns I used to get. I can shave really fast, too, and I have literally never cut myself with the thing.
A good razor will save you a lot of headache. I used to just use cheap disposables, but I will NEVER do that again.

Status: offline 		I use an epilator everywhere, but I'm a guy. Since I started taking spironolactone, I only get a couple of really problematic ingrown hairs and some redness/tenderness each time. Everyone reacts differently to them though. Before I started on spironolactone my ingrown hairs would be horrific, but I have unnaturally thick hair.
