Seriously, though, while Rule may (probably does) have a screw loose, he does also make some interesting points at times. They're just not always (or even usually) out in the open. You sort of have to tune in to what he's thinking to get the gist of it, or else it seems like gibberish, which it rarely is. There's errors, sure, and I think he's got a certain attraction to tinfoil as a fashion statement, but hardly so as to be comparable to some of the stuff we see floating around P&R on an alarmingly regular basis.
