What does telling them that those evil hated Americans, err "Republicans" want them "back in chains" supposed to be a metaphor for. Is that how Obama intends to heal racial tensions, how he sees his role in leading Americans, being the president of ALL Americans - by sending Joe Biden out to spread this brand of "metaphor" around Is that "hope" and "change"? I would hasten to suggest that if Joey had a "R" after his name and made these comments, it would have been characterized as a racial statement and he would have been classed a racist but, since he's on the "right" (That's pronounced: "Correct") side, he's golden and telling "the truth". Does it really matter if it was a mixed audience ? Does it really matter how many Blacks were at that rally ? Those comments are offensive and a lie. Joe Biden needs to apologize but I'm not holding my breath.

"Mr. Biden, speaking at a campaign event, said if Mr. Romney wins the presidential race he’d “let the big banks once again write their own rules,” a reference to Mr. Romney’s comments that he would roll back Wall Street reform. Mr. Biden said Mr. Romney would “unchain Wall Street,” and after boos from the audience he added, “They’re going to put you all back in chains.”
