I saved it as low a quality as possible.......told it 6 inches wide by 4 inches tall.......and THIS IS WHAT I GET!

That's all well and good, when the rules are clear and made known up front. I take issue with "the rules" being applied before they are given and known. How fair is it to have a post pulled for violating a rule that hasn't even been provided but arbitrarily applied? I'm not a freakin' mind reader and I highly doubt anyone on the boards is either.
