I appreciate their communication but still, at this point, I will remain in "Off Topic" and the section previously known as "Random Stupidity"... where I belong.

Long live the fucking basement, better than the living room to hang out... almost as good as the kitchen.

I've had 3 gold letters. 2 for quoting a post that was pulled and one I admit I deserved for being snarky to a new goddess. I mostly keep my mouth shut, but there are times it is damned hard. Mostly when it is someone I feel is mocking the lifestyle instead of actually looking to learn about it.

Yeah, there's a good idea. Listen to somebody who fucked up for two years and has proven they don't have shit for ethics for themselves. You're taking advice from somebody that I wouldn't trust to cross the street. Hey, it's your life and you are absolutely entitled to follow that advice and screw up just as bad as they did. Thank you! That is the east side of the house, past the orchard which is just to the right of that part of the yard. The road is to the left. Generic Dude built a porch on that side of the house last summer and yes, it is a wonderful place to have coffee in the morning, when I am home for it.

Tomorrow I will take a picture and post of the actual 'back yard'.

He comes back and stated I could stay for 60 days for another $500 deposit. Against my advice it was paid. Then he said that I could stay until the end of their lease. She said I either stay or they move... the landlord comes back and says that either we pay another $225/month for me to stay or they pay all the rent until the end of their lease and a $3000 "fee" to break their lease to move.

I told her to call a renter's advocacy group here, she was told to lawyer up and referred her to an attorney telling her the landlord is just trying to intimidate them and it is illegal as hell... I stated I would just go rent a room somewhere, save up and get my own studio, she said no, we're fucking moving...

My daughter takes after me a lot... just ask her fiance.

Cryptic, mad as all fucking hell but still gentle and unassuming.
