when you work out on the treadmill, lean forward, almost as if you are pushing into your steps. this will target the muscles just above your buttocks', as well as those around your hips. there was actually an article about this years ago when J-Lo's big butt was all the rage. it works, so don't do it if you don't want to spend money on more clothes after about three weeks. keep in mind, i'm a natural woman, so i am not sure about what muscle groups males have, but i have seen some pre-ops do it, on and off meds, so i have seen it in action, and did notice a difference, more so on the ones not on the medication ironically. my own posterior was enhanced considerably, too. but, it got too expensive with the fetish gear i love, so alas, i am back to my original booty-build.
