In another thread it has become clear that the Norwegians are the most civilized people on Earth.

In my opinion that is because their dicks were never mutilated by circumcision.

Who would not want to endeavour that their progeny in far future generations are at least as civilized as the Norwegians are today?

Females may also answer this poll as if they do have a dick. (Whether or not someone has a mutilated dick is not relevant. Relevant is whether one is a member or not a member of a circumcising population.)

I AM (half) Norwegian, and frankly, Rule, your obsession with cut or uncut and it's so called affect on world politics is disturbingly whacked out. But, this is nothing you haven't seen before by sources other than myself.

I don't agree with Rule's assessment of causational affect, either but, it has made me think, more than once about how different societies evolve differently.

Since this is in a section of the forums that's meant for random "stupidity", why not just lighten up and have some fun with it?

Hell, I might even break a long standing rule I've had and show my winky!
