Greetings

Thank you, it is easy to do, is it just making to rope braids and wrapping them around some hairsticks.

I wish you well

I have fine hair, sorta dirty blonde color.. ok, a little grey too.. I need a pro to color it, but i am just in a new area so have to hunt to find the right pro that can deal with very fine and easily damaged hair.. Any time i have tried to color it myself it turns red! And I so hate red on me.. it always turns sorta carrot color..

Its just below shoulder length right now.. with bangs.. I keep the cut this way cuz any idjiot can cut it! its the KISS formula.. straight across the bottom & trim the bangs (or i can do that part myself).. If i ever get a boyfriend he can cut it for me... I will make sure he hasn't been drinking first tho..

I do a different thing with my conditioner now, before i used to put the conditioner in when showering & rinse, my hair was so... limp.. whimpy.. flat.. Sooooooo... now after i get out of the shower & towel dry my hair, i use just a dab of different conditioner and put it on the ends and I leave the conditioner in.. I wash my hair everyday tho... i am a bit compulsive about that.. When i am alone its in a ponytail, when i go out its always down & free flowing.. guys always notice long hair thats down..

Greetings

If you have fine hair have you tried to eliminate hair products with cones in them? Cones add weight to the hair and can make fine hair appear limp and if your hair is fine you will most likely not need the cones to make it manageable to brush.

Beautiful hair nephandi.

Mine was hip length till a couple of months ago. I made the mistake of letting a woman "trim" it. I have bad luck with female hairdressers and usually do not frequent them, but this seemed like such an easy request, just little off the ends. She "trimmed" 8 inches off of it. I was heartbroken. Had I been going to do that, it would have gone to Locks of Love again. Luckily it grows fairly quickly. I try not to think about it....

Only picture from the back I have.

Drat, wrong one. Oh well, close enough.

I feel ya! My hair was down to my ass until I got a "trim." It's never grown much past my bra strap since. Before I sit in the chair, I decide how much I'm willing to part with, tell her half that, we "compromise" on the amount I was willing to lose, and I watch to see how much hair is hitting the floor.

A product I love for my fine, curly hair, is Paul Mitchel's sculpting foam. It's a conditioning mousse. You have to play around with it to get the right amount for your do, but it will give your hair some "umphff." And it really doesn't seem to damage hair.

Hope this helps, CP

I tried to have shorter hair, but it doesnt grow on me (pun intended).

So my hair is rather thick and is about past the shoulders and growing, i use a oil treatment on it who's called Orofluido, expensive but sooo worth it. Oil that strenghten and enhances the hair, gives them a great shine. I dont use it that often, cause i always put my hair in a ponytail for practical reasons (work), so 1-2 times a week.

Ponytail circomference is 1 1/2 inches.
