Oh, I met one this afternoon in my inbox. When I didn't immediately agree to play "Pastor/flock" with him, he sent me two very clear pictures of a cute Gal getting penetrated by a dog of some kind.
I now fell morally inferior to <OH WAIT, THE RULES SAY DON'T> ... Oh and then he said I should "suck the n*&&er's cock" if I like him so much. Am I in Disneyland?

Significant? Really? Ron Paul is a fringe nominee, always has been, always will be. I am however amused by the left defending him now, after they completely trashed him in March... Remember his "racism"?

Paul is a member of the same fringe as Nader... The only people who care about his opinions, are his minuscule amount of believers, and the opposition hoping he'll make waves in the GOP because Obama needs all the help he can get.

Do you start out trying to be funny?
You contend that the number of delegates Ron Paul legitimately held coming into the convention, which EIGHT STATES of 50, were not entitled to have their voice heard because "they're fringe". Really? You feel 16% of all the delegates deserved to be silenced?

Thanks for demonstrating what a sham the Republican Party has become.

BTW - the Nader comparison is about as POOR a tool for argument.as I've seen here. Nader was good for less than 2 percent of the vote nationally and it has long been known those candidates are off the books for the other two national parties. Also, their annual growth is rather small and has never been  shown to sway national elections.
If Romney loses those 8 states, he's toast. Closest he'll get to the White House will be a guided tour.

I suggest you pick up a copy of "The Last Waltz"  for election night if Paul makes any kind of move at all.

Saw that on John Stewart. He inferred that the DNC is too sensitive to Fox News Criticism.

The greater question is, can a politician get elected by not pandering to the masses and the media?

Sigh. Not our proudest moment, alas.

It does seem a bit odd that the location of another country's capital would be an issue in an American party platform.

When I forwarded the picks to Boyfriend he was coming off the practice field and was pretty pumped cruel humor wise. He texted me back "Invite him over and we'll make your fantasy come true" (see profile).

And they say the Ron Paul delegation fiasco was a floor fight....lmao

Seems to me there were more No's than I's.

Seems to me that not one delegate believed that since the chair did not receive a single complaint.

And you know this how?

I guess this is just another example of Democratic Centralism.

Firm

The convention chair was interviewed on this matter and said no complaints were made.

Dom Ken, if he received 100's of complaints do you think he's say so?
You only call for a "voice vote" when you know you're going to lose a ballot vote.
I take it the Democrats didn''t even let the delegates take a ballot vote.
Boy, this convention has been a real eye opener!
I have an extremely low opinion of Democrats anyway so I don't know if it can sink any lower because of this convention.
It was "gimme, gimmie, gimmie, government can give us everything so let's make it bigger, an illegal alien adressing the convention, we want more government jobs, all republicans suck, we want gay people's votes but stay away from our children,.....if I could use one phrase to describe it "Tower of Babel" would fit the bill.

Well that's one way to get the vote to go the way you want.

As an outsider to the US system, that was an absolute disgrace. The "No" vote clearly won on every occassion.

As an insider I would have to agree
