I would recommend finding a doctor, not a dominant, to help you lose weight.

I've already visited a doctor. I have a diet, now I need some help to control myself. I think it's not a crazy idea.

ETA - I lost weight under a Dom's instruction but when the relationship didn't work out gained all of it back plus more.

Now, I'm losing it by using myfitnesspal, which feels much healthier for me.

Maybe you could find a dom who is a nutritionist!
I've been under the care of a nutritionist for the past few months to lose weight and, WOW, I have learned so much.
