Excuse me coffe and wine *not whine lol* are not very safe enima solutions. like someone else said before, they're absorbed very rapidly and right into the blood stream, and it has killed. Read that news artical.

Hey Y'all-

They would both be absorbed into the bloodstream. Whether the milk would improve the condition of bones I'm unsure.

However the gummy bears would probably add a boost of energy, rather like a "sugar high".

I've thought of using an enema during play. However I thought using gatorade to hydrate and rejuvenate would be pretty good. I researched it and found that it would work well.

However when administering an enema to a female be careful if the liquid has sugars or anything else that might upset her Ph and/or bacteria balance. If she doesn't hold her liquid well it can trickle down and cause nasty complications.

Feline, unless one gets into putting many different things in there, there should not be a great risk of infection when equipment used is clean and safe products (like soap suds, plain water, etc) are used.

I've not heard of there being a big ensuing diarrhea problem after enemas, beyond the fact that they are supposed to make you move your bowels once or twice to clear stool out (for more play or just because)... So unless you use some medication or special preparation that causes diarrhea, I don't believe that is a common side effect.. M

I have a few questions now...

Will an enema relax the anus and muscles back there and make anal play easier in addition to cleaner?

Is the liquid used to give you the enema (excuse the crudeness) full of poop when it comes out? Does it smell bad? Is this something that should be done in the bathtub or on a tarp?

One of my Master's hard limits is poop, erm scat. I would like him to give me an enema, but if it's gonna be like taking a big 'ol dump right in front of him, I don't know how interested either of us would be.

after the water goes into your behind, it must come out. It is not immediate (although you feel like it might be!!) I have done a few enema scenes and try to "hold" it (the enema) in for 20-30 minutes. Then I have gone to the restroom to evacuate. You don't have to "go" in front of your Master if they don't require it.
Yes, poop stinks.
Essentially, when you evacuate the fluid and what the fluid is washing out of you, you are taking a "big ol' dump".
Having an enema is not essential for run-of-the-mill anal play. I don't think that having an enema makes you more relaxed physically, but if you're worried about poop getting on your partner, or whatever, it may relax you mentally, which will help with the physical relaxation.
I've heard several people report that they feel more confident about some being in that area after they have been cleaned out with an enema.

No ginger, an enema will not help the anal muscles relax; just like anythign being inserted there, you should lubricate the tip before inserting, lie on your left side, than have gently inserted... You can do breathing exercises if you need help relaxing too (small breaths in quick succession, or deep breath, slow exhale while inserting).

Yes the liquid that comes out is dirty (with poop), but you don't necessarily have to go in front of him after he gives you an enema.
For small idea of this, go to CVS, pick up a small bottle of "fleet" enema, try it on yourself at home (hold onto the fluid for at least 15mins before going to bathroom) to get a feel for what it's like; because generally people are speaking of the same idea, only with a larger volume..

Em how easy is it to hold it in for 15 minutes? Is that something that has to be worked up to? Can you initially just pump 2 quarts in and hold for 15minutes? Whats the ideal amount of liquid you pump in? How fast/slow should it go in? Whats the ideal type of liquid for most effective and long lasting cleaning?
