Rose, the situations are vastly different. Your friend was bi, but decided not to go for women; doesn't mean he isn't attracted. OP claims to be 100% gay meaning he has had no attraction to women. Your friend was attracted to you in particular and is willing to turn back to women for you, whereas OP is looking for a random woman whom he guarantees will turn him on to women after one Encounter. That's not something anyone telling the truth can guarantee.

Even you tried it a few times before getting into the groove (although strictly speaking unless you look at women and go " I want to fuck her" and like doing things to them as we'll as having things done to you, you're heteroflexible, not bi.)

What Alecta said. I adore women. I seek out women over men, pretty much all the time. But I am not sexually attracted to them at all.
