Since the original topic isnt about Lucas County, its about everywhere.
You brought in your county to show your superior belief that its not difficult to access public libraries and internet.
I brought in mine to show you it is.
And, my assertion that someone not being within a few minute's drive to a public library was talking about Lucas County residents. Pittsburgh still doesn't apply to what I stated.
And, if you really want to get technical about the original topic being about or not being about, well, it's not about public library access, public bus routes, etc.
