Hello all, my name is Simran, how very nice to meet you.

I have lingered on collarme for yeeaaaars now and have finally decided enough is enough, i need to speak and meet people as im told its rude to stare . I haven't actually looked much at the forums throughout my time on here, so this side of the site is pretty new to me. I had a quick browse through other guy's posts earlier to get an idea of what others are up to and i finally realise why you girls all end or start your personal profiles with a rant about bossy guys pretending to be subs!

Being a male sub, i obviously never get to see any of the messages other guys send to you girls but after trawling through the first few introduction pages its quite clear us guys can be quite a bug so im determined to not become one of 'them'. Although i've been signed up to the personals side for many years i tend to flit between outbursts of sending tens of messages in the space of a few days to months of not visiting at all so its fair to say i've not had many replies due to the overall count of people i contact. Ive changed my ad many times but I have no idea whether what im saying is interesting to anyone so i may be asking for help at some point.

I always appreciate when i get a reply from someone genuine even if who i have messaged isnt interested. Im always surprised when i do as most girls seem to get a lot of messages so trawling through them all and replying just to politely say no is still a lot of effort and its always nice to know there are some humans on here amongst the wannabes and fakes to make friends with.

So this is my first step to trying to find out if im doing anything wrong, seek advice, make some friends and just say hello. Any critisism (constructive or otherwise) is greatly received and i promise i wont get shouty!

Red Leicester is my cheese of choice. Supporting my home town n'all! Its not something we shout about though, its too good to be telling everyone about. (Cue the abuse from double gloucester and chedder fans)

Loins girdled.

Why hello and where the heck have you been? Please allow me to make a bit of a fuss over you, I do believe we have a winner, ding, ding ding!

Why is that you may ask...because you're interesting, your profile pictures are attractive and show you as a person (big plus for not being naked in them!), your profile has interests that are kinky and non kinky, plus there is even some writing about who you are and what you are looking for BEYOND what your sexual fantasies are. Oh, let's add good grammar and spelling. Wow. Allow me to pick myself up off the floor. If I were younger, in the UK, and a Dominant, I'd be writing you.

Lovely to meet you. Hope you stick around the forums. Good luck in your search

I'm partial to a good smoked gouda, myself. Or Butterkase with fig preserves and crackers. Mmmm. Or slivers of brunost. Wait, where were we?

Oh yes, welcome. :)

Even though you don't talk about kinks specifically, your profile is all about what you're looking for and who you are as a submissive. I suggest rewriting it so it's more about what you're looking for and who you are as a person. I'm not saying to get rid of what you seek and who you are as a sub entirely; I think it's a good idea to have some description of that in your profile to help people know if they might be a good potential match with you. But I think you'd get more positive responses if you round it out. What do you do for fun? Do you have hobbies? Do you like to read, and if so, what's your favorite genre/who's your favorite author? Do you tinker with anything? Do you geek out over anything? Do you play sports or do anything outdoorsy? Are you crafty/a DIYer? Do you have a quirky sense of humor, and if you do, are you able to convey that at least a little through your profile? What makes you you? As it is, your profile isn't too bad. But I think if you add some of those things in and talk more about what your general interests are and who you are a person, it would make it a great profile. Good luck!

I see all the messages that Dommes send to male subs (it's in my contract)...I see every single gawdamn one of them....(yours too).

Frankly, yours are the ones that freak me out the most.

You got that whole wannabe Hugh Jackman thing going on....Wolfman...maybe not...and then again....

(Photoshop is your friend...it's all shadows man...you don't think these chics are on to you?).

I'm telling you....you gotta pull back....lose the tangs...I'm here for you bud....

I been there....had that whole Wolfman thing going on....killed people...(Democrats mostly...a few Independants). I've done it. It doesn't last cbx....trust me...you can run but you can't hide.

It only lasts a while....you can't hang on man....the bite only lasts so long.

Do what pleases you, but I say keep the shadowed photo. In my mind it lends an air of mystery and contrast.

Welcome, and good luck in finding and keeping your heart's desire.

Welcome and I echo, keep the current photo.......(I am a photographer and kinda dig it)

And yes, cheese.......along with dark chocolate. And for some, cake and cookies.

If you bring a good port, I might even forget you are a guy.

(cheese slut here)

Welcome simran.

My personal favorite cheese is a baked brie.

Here's the simple way to do it. Leave the brie out all day on top of the fridge to soften. Buy a can of crescent rolls. Whop the crescent rolls on the counter to open them and roll them out. Use them as a puff pastry and wrap it around the brie. Bake according to the directions on the can. You'll have some pastry dough left over so just make the rolls like normal and bake em alongside the brie.

Serve with fresh fruit n veggies, especually granny smith apple slices, raw broccoli, grapes and cauliflower.

It goes really good with one of the sweeter German wines like a Zeller Schwartz Katz. Get Auslese though if you have the wallet for it.

Welcome Sim!

I like your profile just the way it is. Keep all the pictures just the way they are, too. If you were in California I would be trying my darndest to convince you 53-year old dommes are the bomb.

Yeah, the cheese. Baked brie gets my vote as well, and paired with a robust Stilton side by side on a quality cracker would be heaven on earth.

Welcome Simran! I have to say I love the pics on your profile - you look like a fun guy to be with :)

My only concern is the cheesy loins you just girded.

Have you seen your doctor? He may have a cream for you

Wow guys! I really didnt expect this kind of response and ive taken in all that you've said. I've decided not to change the profile pic, but what i have done is add a load of other pics to try not to come off as some emo kid sat in the dark. Im really not that as im sure you'll be able to tell from the slightly sillier pics.

DNAHelicase, You're right and I agree. I kinda forgot i like other stuff and there's other stuff i REALLY like I still feel like i could say the same in a lot less words but i feel its more me now so im happy. Thanks!

I think i may have bitten off more than i can chew with this cheese talk (see what i did there?) you guys are all connoisseurs and im out of my depths!

Thanks for all the kind words, by the way. I'll definitely be sticking around.
