Status: offline 		I'm surprised you did NOT get directed to the "Ask a Mistress" forum.  There's some stickie notes at the top wiwth helpful hints as how to approach the women (NOT "girls," dummy - you lost lots of points for that) that might appeal and vice versa.

BTW: Your loins are girded, not girdled, unless of course you've got that "make-me-into-your-sissy-doll" thing going on. LOL!

I like most cheese but havarti is likely my fav especially when it has bits of jalapenos in it mmm

Status: offline 		LanceHughes, I hold my hands up on the spelling, although i'd pick having my loins girdled over having them gridled any day if an L is being thrown into the mix!

The girls/women thing is an interested point actually. I guess I'm looking for someone who is somewhere between 20-30 years old, I wonder which the females at the lower end of that age range prefer to be called and better relate to? The same applies to the upper too, do all prefer to be labelled as women? Which should it be to address all by?

Autumnember, that is sweet of you and very kind. It's quite nice to be seen as just an englishman for once, i often find being a brown person makes me an acquired taste and that i have to try a bit harder to get past most people's perception of a stereotypical indian lad but it can be a lot of fun surprising people too. I was born here so I have the charming accent and everything!

As long as you understand that you can't please everybody no matter what you use, you're golden.

My personal take on it is that "girl" is often used in a quasi-derogatory way particularly by male doms, so I don't care to be called that ("little girl," "good girl," using "girls" to refer to all women while simultaneously using "men" to refer to all men). It's used by some men (and women) as a way of diminishing women. I'm not the type to get my panties in a wad over it, though. If it's just that one thing, I ignore it. If it's one thing among many, many other things that add up to a man (or woman) who seems to think that women are inferior to men, I write him off and don't waste my time on him. However, I don't automatically think that somebody who uses "girls" to refer to women is being derogatory. It depends on the way that person uses the word and what else that person says. Somebody who uses "girls" and "guys" equally doesn't strike me as the least bit derogatory, just somebody who likes informal speech.

I suggest using "women" in general, particularly for writing your profile. I think it makes you sound more respectful than using "girls" when you refer to dominant women of any age. But that's just me.

Status: offline 		I think for now I would always refer to myself as a boy and I don't think there is anything I could achieve alone that I could claim would make me a man. I'm curious to know how this works for women? Is there a point where you see yourself as a woman as opposed to a girl, do you see certain events or changes in your life as turning points?

Having thought about it a bit more, I do agree that 'woman' sounds more respectful so I will be mindful of which I use in future.

Upon menstruation, or perhaps turning 18, or at the very latest enlisting in the military at 19.

For me, the only acceptable context these days to be called girl is by my SO, when qualified with a "good" or a "bad."

Status: offline 		My favorite everyday cheeses are Cabot Extra Sharp Cheddar and Cabot Pepperjack. When I want to spend a little more money, I'll get Cabot Garlic & Herb.

I am getting a new apartment and think I will make the baked brie for my housewarming party.

Hilly - was this a wedge or a pound of brie?
