BTW plenty of mods are saying it only loads up every 24 hours. It loads up every single time I go on!

XP is awesome...but IE just sucks (besides being massively insecure)

Firefox.............BOOM!!!

Do you have your IE set to not allow cookies? If there is no cookie the website can't work out when it was supposed to count to 24 from and will show you it over and over.
(I used to be a web programmer)

I am using IE, on windows 7, and I have never had any problems with any of the ads.

I have cookies allowed but I do frequent quick scans so that may delete them - thanks for advice.

Yeah I have heard about the weaknesses in IE8 but I use up to date anti-virus and try to be selective about which sites I view. Guess I just like the interface as I do with XP too.
