Status: offline 		We see the world oppositely. So our votes will cancel each other out. I'm off to phone bank for the cool Democrat running for San Diego mayor this afternoon/evening. Maybe I'll encourage an additional Obama vote too. So that'll be a +l.

And looks like our observations on the binder story crossed as we were writing... it's truly incomprehensible that Romney & such an apparently powerful swath of the population that fund his race have such archaic and repressive views on women and equal rights.

Tazzy's list shows a realistic inclusion of women in Obama's workplace. And certainly, per Lucy, not a side job to their "natural calling" of baby incubator, chief bottle washer, cook and I guess hand maiden to the Kings or something.

Going off to my phone bank now...our Democratic mayor candidate was a student Freedom Rider in the early 60's. Spend months in cracker KKK jail. Pretty heroic; it's an honor to volunteer for him. He's running against a Norquist/Koch/Rove Conduit, so lots at stake here in San Diego.

Amazing over fifty years later, it's still all about fighting for civil rights.

Well, the radical feminazi types who hate children, and hate the women who choose to stay home and raise them in a traditional environment, will flip (and might even roll out some religious bigotry to show how enlightened and progressive they are), but for a lot of women, with real lives, and real families, flex time availability can be a critical issue. We recently added a co-worker in my office who needs it, and she's going to be a terrific asset, once we get her trained and up to speed.


Getting back to the topic of the thread, "A" performances from both chairs (A-minus to Romney, for missing the opportunity to ask why the administration then lied for a week plus about the movie having anything to do with Benghazi, if he was calling it a terror attack the following day, but there is always Monday night) and the debate itself was effectively a draw in my book.

Since the President's only strategy is to paint Romney as an unacceptable alterative, and he failed to do that for a second time, the real benefit of last night's uninterrupted face time before the nation goes to Governor Romney.

The right wing media have been shitting themselves over terms since last night and they still squealing about the FACT the prez DID say acts of terror.
That romney won is your opinion ...:)

People got pissy about Bidens attitude, yet completely pass Romney with his pig ignorant attitude
Obama won on every part except the economy, but Romneys "plan" is simply unworkable. and all smoke and mirrors.
Maybe the Prez is waiting till the last debate to put forward his "plan" Yes very late, but to think he doesn't have one is shortsighted and hopeful, to be kind.
He managed to make Romney look very unacceptable, and ROmney sure didn't make himself look good.
My opinion:)
Not that anyone has ever tried on the right to make the Prez anything but unacceptable have they?
