I can understand when a place is offering collector type cups, but why would you need/want to keep the normal ones?  Surely you have cups and glasses at home to use.  If it is the size, you can get a safe, giant type plastic tumbler at Walmart for about a buck.  But with your health issues, you shouldn't be eating at those fast food places anyway.  Also, if you like them because the size means you don't have to get up to refill them at home as often, even the short walk to refill can burn some calories.

Carl's Jr exspecially has nice large cups, so I like to wash them out and reuse them. Since they're probably meant as a one use n toss cup, is there anything to worry about with refusing them and sonics styrafoam cups?

Yes. You will get styrofomitous from using either and you will then shrink to a small midget after using one twice.

Three times and you'll be an amoeba.

Four....a protozoa.

I've done more than significant research on this and basically....you're fucked.

I know a bunch of folks who do this....so TFB's question isn't that odd....I just think after a few trips in the dishwasher, they need to be pitched

I started to drink diet soda back in May but I saw a news report on what they do to the heart and gave oit up . Over the summer I started drinking more water and lost all most 40 pounds in 3 months . Other than having to buy new pants I am happy .

My mom used to save everything possible, including the paper cups and containers, all the condiments and anything she could carry out with her. There was no reason why she had to. She's just a packrat. I personally just throw the cups away. I think saving them and using them again is just gross. If I need a large cup I'll go to the dollar store and get one.

I believe in to some degree in not throwing away or running out to buy something you can just re use. I believe its a good practice if more containers n what not that could be safely eaten out of were washed n reused.

And if you decide after a few times of use to just chuck it. Or it got ruined by a drink or something then you're not wasting a good regular cup.

We have a few cups. Usually cheapo ones.

It seems it has to do with the fact that mineral water is sodium rich.

That makes sense. Thank you.
