It's not just Dommes... Knew of a male Dom that would financially abuse gay guys. He would humiliate them, show off all he would buy with their cash, show off the woman he was with, and reminded them about how lame they were.... Just saying, it's not just women but also men cater to this financial fetish. I've been a findomme forever, I've owned one of my financial slaves for over 6 years, yet I'm supposed to feel bad? Or ashamed that our relationship has lasted more than others in the bdsm realm, yet it isn't legit cause people don't understand it? Get over it, if you don't like it, don't talk about it, don't look at it either :)

I agree with you .. that's why I usually put Dom(me) to encompass all genders .. I've known many in the Gay realm that are either FinDoms, pros on either side (Dom or sub), sugardaddies / babies .. That is my point .. there isn't any 'requirement' for gender or anything .. Financial control is extremely powerful. I just get frustrated with fakes in any area .. I mean... everyone needs to start somewhere, learn, grow, etc .. that's not what I'm saying .. I mean the people that have improper motivations, no real interest, etc and doing something (anything) for the wrong reasons and even not wanting to understand it, etc. .... that's when people get hurt - physically, emotionally, mentally, socially, etc etc .. to me that equals abuse .. not Pain :) I'm glad FinDommes are speaking out in this forum .. I only wished that people who are not involved in it or don't understand it would ASK questions instead of just bash another area of the community. <pardon my typos - i try to keep them to a minimum, but usually type quickly>

Has anyone asked the men who pay the findommes what they think? I love findom. My rule is I never approach anyone trying to "extort" money from them. I wait until they contact me showing interest. Also, I dont demand certain large amounts or strict monthly payments. Whatever the sub feels comfortable with....even small gifts are fine. For me its not about amounts but the commitment. People need to understand that their "thing" is not for everyone. I'm not into pain, I hate it. You like it? Well, ok....no skin off my back, have at it. You like humiliation? Ok, am I forced to participate? GooTo each his ownd, enjoy yourself. What it boils down to is certain people like findom. If you hate it remember, its not your money, and the folks with the findom fetish don't want you managing theirs. To each his own.
