Would you consider me a BBW?

Ouch jannah, this is bitchier than normal, your sock waddd today or something?

Do you like the term BBW? Do you feel it fits you? Does it make you feel good about yourself? If so - use it. If not, ditch it.

I call myself "pleasantly plump." If I had your figure, I would call myself "curvalicious."

You can use whatever term resonates with you, or let your pictures speak for you.

Kaa boom

... These two.

OP, I don't care at all for the BBW label, so I'm not going to comment on that.

However, I do want to point out that you should consider altering the way you dress IF you're at all concerned about your hips not appearing larger than they are.
Now if you don't care about your hips appearing slimmer, then obviously disregard this advice, but considering you seemed worried about the BBW label, I think it's worth pointing out.

In some of your pictures, you're wearing clothing that's very flattering on your figure, and it's slimming your hips down to be more proportional to the rest of your build. However, in a lot of your pictures, you're actually wearing clothing that accentuates your broad hips even more, and makes them stand out in contrast to your figure. (I'm specifically talking about pic 1, 2, and 7.) If this is something you wish to avoid doing, there are styles of dress and ways of layering that will work better for you than some of the things you're currently doing. For example, be careful about wearing sweaters or shirts that cut off right at the beginning of your hips. You look much better in shirts that are a little longer, like in pic 4.

I really wanst trying to be bitchy - as much as I personally would call someone obese and not a bbw. She was asking - so I answered.
If someone is obese, then theyre obese. And since obesity is measured by the weight and height thats why I put that number in there.
She falls slightly under what would be considered obese. And actually - thats a good thing.

i'm pretty sure the OP doesn't think she's BBW. or obese.

i'll refrain from posting my real opinion on this thread.

it's great that you have high self-esteem. good luck on whatever you're looking for.

Toysinbabeland -> RE: Would you consider me a BBW? (11/1/2012 3:29:40 PM)

The OP asked a question ... Janahx answered it honestly. Some of us are not caught up in the political correctness of things. Put whatever moniker on it your want BBW obese Big girl or one of my favs Large Marge. To my eyes all of the above apply.

I won't refrain. I think this thread is full of hypocritical assholes who are self loathing, no matter what their size. They inexplicably cannot stand when another woman shows confidence. Many of the women here are fat and yet they put down the larger women who do have confidence and other women who are allowed to call themselves BBWs.

And the thin women cry foul at anyone putting them down, but they too, talk about anyone who dares to feel good about themselves. Some of the women in this thread actually are schizophrenic; one day, last week one of them went on and on about how body shaming was SO awful and now in this thread, boom, BBW's are disgusting.

I think the lack of support from the haters is just sickening.

You know, the women appear to be the ones with the issues. I have never in my life made a comment on another woman's size.

I will say it again, YOU CAN CALL YOURSELF A BBW IF YOU WANT TO AND IT DOES NOT MATTER ONE BIT IF ANYONE ELSE LIKES IT BUT YOU.

Because, and I know this is SO fucking hard to believe, but many of us larger ladies are gorgeous; like the OP and we have always known it. I support ANY women who believes in her self.

I think it is ludicrous that the OP even came here to ask that question. Just look in the mirror hon, your size is not the issue, your beauty is.

littlewonder -> RE: Would you consider me a BBW? (11/1/2012 6:43:06 PM)

According to BMI, you are a 27.9, two points away from obese. So yes, I would consider you a "bbw", even though I hate the "fluffy" term. But I get the feeling you posted this just to get more "fans" to your profile and had nothing to do with actually asking a question.

LillyBoPeep -> RE: Would you consider me a BBW? (11/1/2012 6:46:50 PM)

I think the OP is quite pretty :) She has an interesting, wonderfully curvy shape. +1

JanahX -> RE: Would you consider me a BBW? (11/1/2012 7:56:39 PM)

Red... The problem I have with this whole thread, is that I think she's just promoting... That's why I added the i don't think you've put up enough pictures. Its all cool that she's all up on herself...- but Im not all for someone coming in for ego stroking... I just sense there was another motive going on here.

ARIES83 -> RE: Would you consider me a BBW? (11/1/2012 8:00:06 PM)

I thought it was just me but I got a
"fishing for compliments" vibe as well.

littlewonder -> RE: Would you consider me a BBW? (11/1/2012 9:20:59 PM)

I think she's looking to drum up business.

My take on the OP is someone called her a BBW and she was wondering if others saw her in that light.

I have that feeling, too. She's posted a *lot* of pictures on this thread, but none of them are in her profile.

Though I'm glad any female, large or small, thick or thin, has good self esteem, it shouldn't be derived solely from how you look. She's young enough to be fairly egotistical about how she looks, since I got the "fishing for compliments" thing too.

That's not an attractive quality, and speaks of an underlying esteem issue. With any luck age will change her outlook.

MollyButts -> RE: Would you consider me a BBW? (11/2/2012 3:21:26 AM)

was not looking for compliments at all, but that doesnt mean that i dont apreciate them when someone says something nice about me

janahx called me obese and that isnt a compliment and im fine with her opinion

my pictures were posted to show what my body looks like for you to better answer my question

littlewonder -> RE: Would you consider me a BBW? (11/2/2012 10:24:57 AM)

Not all your pictures look the same though so I'm going to assume some are older than others. In some you look much smaller than others. So you're going to get a wide array of answers.

I'm not going by your pictures but your height and weight that you stated here.
