Do you seriously not understand why some naked, drunk dude begging to lick someone's feet would be creepy? Is there no connection for you that attempting to do even more would be worse?

To Me, that's really not a 'you get one chance to fuck up" situation. In all seriousness, I wouldn't tolerate it. The fact that your neighbor did really does speak well of her as a person when faced with your unacceptable behavior. She probably doesn't deserve you treating her like that again.

I'm finding Myself on the fence with this one. While at first I had the above reaction to your drunken display (I cackled just THINKING about calling the cops) and I wholeheartedly agree with the "don't shit where you sleep" philosophy, I am intrigued to know if it would work out. I suppose you could always present the idea to her, if she agrees you could move to a different location so as to avoid the "neighbor" conflict. Seems like a hell of a lot of work and personal risk for such a slim "maybe", but if you go ahead with it, let us know how it turns out.

forgetting the "don't shit where you eat" advice...if this woman wasn't your neighbor, would you approach her as a potential dating/sex partner? probably not, since she's a rude, drug-dealing shrew (based on the description you've given us). this has bad idea written all over it, and you knew that before posing this question.

that said, regardless of how you decide to play this out, you'll likely still have this woman as a neighbor. let the big head do the thinking for a while, and let that marinate.

At this point - I say GO FOR IT - 100% !! There is nothing more that I would absoulutely LOVE for you to do than to creep out your neighbor even more than you already have, and have her mace you in the face.
