This may have been already answered, but if you are watching the porn site that focuses on all things anal (I think it may be called Everything Butt) they do all those enemas because for some people enema play is sexy. And there is a huge D/s component to them.
Chances are if you are seeing 2-3 enemas in a scene the focus is on the enema itself and the relationship between giver and givee and not the actual results of same; the enema (and the control) are the fetishes they are featuring.
