Oh ffs... I would naturally assume a woman posing for photos like that would be of age. Most of these photos are professionally done, not some fly by night shots.

assumption doesn't stop them being under age. girls lie. some of the photos jeff posted looked underage even if they weren't. not very good on a site like this so they were pulled.
if we can't post a silly pic with a baby in it in train wreck then you don't get to post photos of girls who certainly look under age.

either we all stick to the rules, or it shows the inconsistency in application does it not?

According to the law (the one you see show up at the start of any adult feature) models, actresses and in the case of girls gone wild, there has to be at least two valid proofs of age.

Photos of a "art" style can feature underage subjects in the nude as long as they are not depicted in a sexual manner. There are a few limited edition coffee table books featuring nudes of girls between 14 and 16 that were taken by a artist who specializes in photography, which can only be purchased during the museum showing of the prints.

There is a big market for female models that could pass for younger than 18 both in the nude and fashion markets.

Self portrait nudes of young women are to be avoided at all costs, and tumblr usually pulls those as soon as they are posted.
