Nixon's resignation(Watergate) and Ford's pardon(Watergate) allowed for Carter, not the way Nixon goverened nor the way he campaigned....you must have missed that part in your history?

Nixon had a record to judge and won in a landslide the second time around, yet he was one of the first to discuss such things as national healthcare....He stayed out of peoples bedrooms, he wasn't sucking up to religion, he wasn't even that devoutly religious. (A non devout Quaker at that).....

He disliked the media, but had a great surrogate(mostly his own fault, the checkers speech and all) in Agnew to speak what the average old white guy was thinking, he didn't have to go there.

Law and order was something both parties were interested in at the time, along with ending the Viet Nam war, he was no where near batshit crazy right wing idiot. He was pragmatic, devious and capable...and he won elections through those virtues and faults.

He couldn't get elected in a primary today, neither could Eisenhower or even Goldwater...

You dont even know history...like most liberals.

Where is his mistake?

Running around screeching "YOU'RE WRONG, YOU'RE WRONG YOU'RE WRONG YOU'RE WRONG" and not offering supporting data makes you look like an ignorant idealogue.

Were you running for congress last night?

Do you have some bad breath blowing back in your face distorting your reading ability due to flinching or something?  Cuz Mark has that history down and correct like Grant took Richmond.

OH, that is a very truthful answer. But that number over our years has been anywhere from 6 to 9 justices on the Supreme Court, and that number is set by congress.

you dont even understand the powers of the constitution....the supreme court by constitutional has no buisness writing the law....NONE.
That was the genius of roberts.......as it was written and meant to be taken, it was unconstitutional.....but he find a viable loophole. Legit loophole.

it is business.  and nobody has really written any law up there.  I think that; as a very small boat, you should keep very close to shore.

Difficult for some to understand the difference between interpreting the Constitution and "writing law."

Why dont you just get it off your chest and declare that they also eat green eggs and ham? Thats about how much sense you are making. Go to bed - and stop drinking so much alcohol. Its not like everybody here doesn't know.

Billions spent and we are right back where we started. O'dingbat focused on the trivial... big bird, bla bla bla... attacked, smeared, blamed others. He appealed to the bottom of America and the bottom is far larger than I had thought. Romney appealed to the goodness of America... not that phoney assed hope and change bravo sierra... and there just flat out are too many takers and not enough producers. Here's the thing. I can't do a thing about it except hide my assets. They are running out of money for their schemes... hell, correction, they have money as long as their Chinese masters give it to them.. When China pulls the plug on this bunch, and they will, oh dear will we have some rough times here. We will look back at nearly $4 a gallon of gas as the good old days, and a whole lot more. So go ahead, trash the "white" house... have fun. As for smart businesses, their capital assets remain off shore. As it should. And now more capital will out flow from America. As it should. You ain't seen nuthin yet. So enjoy Sandra Fluke and her birth control and big bird... find out what "women want" by watching The View. Aye carrumba, My fellow Americans are brain dead. By the way, explain to me how you get a peace prize for doing nothing?

Apparently it is true on the national level as well sport.  I don't think it is too early to take a wait and see attitude, I think you have your evidence.

He might give Gaelic a go, or even use babylon for Welsh, but that's gonna be Moon's limit, I warrant.
