For the past 3 years or so, somebody has been creating new accounts at the rate of about 1 per day. The accounts all share the following attributes:

Location: Toronto, Ontario (occasionally other major Canadian cities)
Age: 18
Sex: Female
Orientation: Bisexual, Submissive
Name: Always very feminine and/or vulnerable sounding, and often involving the word "young" or "4you".
Photos: At least 1, sometimes as many as 6. The girl is always a different girl but is always EXTREMELY petite (both short and stick-thin), cute, smiley, partially naked, and Caucasian. Usually, she appears no older than 14, sometimes as young as 11ish.
Profile: Blank.

Here's today's example, but there have been literally hundreds that I've seen. http://www.collarme.com/personals/v/1684124/details.htm

Clearly, there aren't hundreds (or thousands) of 18 year old bisexual girls in Toronto, who all look 13 or so, signing up for profiles here... at the rate of 1 per day. So somebody's putting up these fake profiles for some reason.

Why? I know that people use this site for shits and giggles, and create fake profiles for a laugh. But they tend to lose interest after a day or so. This person (or group) is extremely diligent and only seems to be getting more and more proficient at producing these fake photos all the time. It makes me wonder where they're getting all these clearly underaged photos.

Anyhow, why can't anything be done? Whether this is law enforcement attempting to entrap members who are attracted to the photos, or just some deranged idiot trying to scam people and waste their time, how does it benefit the site? Couldn't the person or group putting these up be IP blocked? I've programmed for, owned, ran, and adminned large websites and I know there are options. Is there simply no manpower available on this website to make necessary changes?

I realize starting this thread opens me up for comments like "you probably want all these girls" and so forth, but I'm willing to handle the insults if asking this question gets something done. I'm pretty sick of these blatantly fake profiles which at the very least are annoying and disruptive, and at the worst are working to entrap and punish members of the site. For the record, if you see profiles matching this description, just do what I do - report them for "scammer" or "underaged", block, hide, and move on.

Dude, seriously? You don't know this schpeel by now???? I mean come on. This isn't your first rodeo.

They're fake and not written by an 18 year old teenage slut but by Nigerians looking to scam you of your money. Wow...even the elders here are falling for this. You would think they at least know better than this.

It's a free site. Why should they have to block anyone? It's F R E E. No one forces you to be here. Block, delete.

Nah, these are nothing like the Nigerian (or anywhere else for that matter) monetary scams. I'm not surprised you couldn't figure that out though, after seeing the other nonsense you post on these forums.

Dude, have you ever written them. The hook is you continue to email them until they have you hook, line and sinker. They then will tell you they will come to visit you if you send them money for the plane ticket.

At least I don't post nonsense like this because well...I'm not naive.

Hmm. Unfortunately, there's also another possibility, if they do look that underage: the girls are real, and it's some kind of child sex trafficking scheme. [:(]

i'm not sure why, at least once a day, folks feel the need to point out the fakes on the other side. it takes more time and energy to complain about them than it does to report and keep it moving.

Nope. I'm curious to see what would happen, but at the same time not interested in having my profile (and IP address etc) looked at by law enforcement. Like I said, I just block and move on, but being a curious person I do wonder what happens to those who fall for it.

Disturbing thought, but probably not the case. I like to think that a ring with hundreds of underaged girls would be too big to keep a secret for long, and this has been going on for years, but I guess you never know. Also, I've used tineye.com to track some of the photo's origins and they're found on various "barely legal" type websites. I assume whoever is responsible is constantly scouring the internet for suitable photos.

Wait.underage? The profiles say 18. Age 18 is not underage here in the States or most of anywhere else in the Western world that I am aware of.

You need to report the account, so it can be reviewed. As it happens, I had just deleted that particular account because it hit my "radar" when I was reviewing the new users list. Unfortunately, I am not on 24/7 nor are other staff members where we actually see each new account as it starts up. We rely on users reporting such things to us.

Well, the profile I linked to is already gone - I guess several of you flagged it, thanks :)
Still, there'll be more tomorrow, and the next day, and every day.

And yes I know 3/4 of the site is bullshit, almost every profile is either fake or somebody just fooling around, and so forth. And yeah I'm sick of threads complaining about fakes. That's why I waited literally 2 years after I was fed up with this particular person or group before I couldn't stand it anymore and had to say something. I guess I was hoping somebody else would say "yup, seen the same profiles you're talking about, clearly entrapment" or similar. Sorry if you feel your time was wasted if you got tricked into reading this thread. :p

Why ask why? If you know a profile is bullshit, 'report' and move on. The internet is a quite accurate mirror of human society. Who has the time to get upset about all the cupidity and criminality?

I have to wonder...is there a specific IP range that many (some? a good number) are coming from? Is it possible to either block that range or contact the ISP?

Honestly, I am very grateful for this site, and appreciate all the work that goes into it, but I would have to imagine that the whack-a-mole thing gets old, and is not the most efficient way of blocking known scammers.

I recently met a person from CM who told me that there are one or more people, supposedly graduate psychology student(s), who create a wide variety of profiles targeting dominant men to "study" them. Not that Sydney University thing we see on FL, but something local (as in SF bay area). I am aware that one of these fabricated profiles isn't of a young woman, but it is drafted with a target in mind. Kind of juvenile stuff to my eye, but it might account for some of what you see. I've gotten much more skeptical of profiles here for this reason. People playing childish games.

Not meaning to answer for VideoAdminAlpha but for me I think scammers are just a necessary evil if we want the site easily accessible to those interested.

Other than the occasional obvious, and short lived, mail on the other side I am not bothered at all by scammers…are you?

Of course I am not opening so called 18 year old girls profiles either. I think only those interested in underage would be caught in the scam… In that case the deserve it.

It is so easy to report someone...believe me I have been reported a bunch…lol… Just block, delete, and report the scammers and move on.

Could be your tax dollars at work and it's the task force's morning routine over coffee to make a new profile. I noticed one from Florida yeas ago. It had identifiable traits, always name in caps, bOObs in the name etc etc. That or the same lonely dude over and over. . . see below

There has been a wave of profiles, some with exactly the same pic, of a 50-year-old woman in South Jersey. That can hardly be law enforcement trying to entrap people into propositioning underage girls. Fake profiles are just par for the course. If you're worried about law enforcement trying to entrap you into propositioning underage girls, there's a simple fix: don't proposition underage girls.

I actually do. I'm curious as to how that could work out, and I do know a lot of things would've been different for me, had I encountered someone of my current experience when I was that age. Note, though, that I'm not expecting anyone that age to prove interesting.

If they are all 18 and they bother you... as they should... put your age search up to the ripe age of 19
