I remember the public uproar when he got his liver transplant years ago. There were a lot of very upset people who needed transplants for better reasons, than killing your liquor with booze. But he managed to turn his life around and ended up helping a lot of people. He was quiet involved in the counselling program for new transplants, talking to them about what would happen, and easing their fears. I was never a Dallas fan, but grew up with I Dream of Jeannie. Definitely a loss. Rest in peace Larry.
