Oh, bubbles, bubbles, bubbles. Isn't this an interesting thread (okay not really but it sounded nice) I'm willing to admit I do fin work. I am as I type this infact and there has always been one question I wanted to ask other fin dommes. Do you hate doing math as much as I do? Because you know taking a mans money is one thing, doing his taxes is a whole another one.

absolutchocolat -> RE: Financial Dommes (12/10/2012 11:09:46 AM)

tell him to use taxact or turbo tax. or just do it for him and have him pay ya a nice fee. they do the math for you. [;)]

ETA: not a findomme, obviously, but i do other folks' taxes sometimes. just passing along good info.

MissImmortalPain -> RE: Financial Dommes (12/10/2012 11:18:12 AM)

Actually, he does pay someone to do his taxes. I just check them for every little thing he isn't supposed to be doing. He pays me well enough that I feel it is my responsiblity to do things correctly. I know everything the man does with his money from paying taxes, to buying lottery tickects, to getting a tag for his dog. I just really hate doing math. [sm=banghead.gif]

Actually, she and Myself, I might add, along with a few others are a wonderful representation of fin Dommes. It's way better than the "here piggy piggy, fuck you pay me, I'm a goddess" ones who pop up on the 1st and 15th.

You can look up a few of the old intro threads and see how well those types of fin Dommes are welcomed here. It's entertaining to a certain point, but sometimes it's just plain embarrassing.

LOL. Ok Ms Americas. I knew rent is due on the 1st. The 15 is...? Just the second biweekly paycheck? One should not be on the interwebz if they get embarrassed from what others do.

Wow, lol I was speaking in general but hey, if they shoe fits!!

Oh and cupcake, you don't have to just be on the interwebz to be embarrassed by what others do. I'm sure in real time I'd be just as embarrassed.

Oh and PJessieJ, you're right, there are plenty of times that it is cringe worthy embarrassing. :)

R hasn't been my D since 2005 - can I stop doing his taxes now? He's never paid me for this. I am a Service Turbo Taxer.

MissImmortalPain -> RE: Financial Dommes (12/11/2012 7:46:00 AM)

A better question, Kali, can I pay you to do Ed's taxes? My comment really was about the fact that as a dyslexic person I hate doing anything that has to do with numbers but that seeing as it is part of the job I do it anyway.
Maybe I should start a thread about what pros and fins hate about their job ?

I honestly didn't know that FinDom/mes did things like taxes and the like, but it makes complete sense. Such level of responsibility scares me even now (and I'm an "adult" at this point, apparently), so maybe having a FinDomme count my money for me wouldn't be such a bad investment [sm=biggrin.gif]

Can anyone put me right on this. Are financial Dommes genuinely exploring a part of the lifestyle, or are they simply looking for easy money. Is it possible that a number of them could be based in distant countries working in a 'mill' under duress trying to milk subs?

WTF is this...the month for discussions about financial dommes?

Is this some sort of weird time continuum conundrum...like when Joseph Kennedy got his shoes shined and the dude told him all about the stock market, what to buy, and that afternoon he sold all his stocks and 2 weeks later the market collapsed?

littlewonder -> RE: Financial Dommes (12/11/2012 7:23:33 PM)

Christmas is coming up. Money becomes a touchy subject around this holiday.

TNDommeK -> RE: Financial Dommes (12/12/2012 1:27:16 AM)

Oh yea, I forgot to mention Christmas. I really need to get more in the whole fin Domme persona. I'm slackin'. LOL

I fucking LOVE math.

MissImmortalPain -> RE: Financial Dommes (12/12/2012 10:47:29 AM)

From the things I see around here (by here I mean the net) I take it a lot of fin doms don't do other peoples taxes. I am being paid to tell the man what to do with his money though and I don't see it as a reason for me to go shoping. It isn't like he said he would sell his house if I tell him too he just asked that I help him with some issues he has. You know that lottery that everyone was so hot over a few days ago? I had a session with him over it. He was allowed (well actually I went and got it for him) to buy one lottery ticket. A ticket I then ripped into little bitty pieces for him. Then he got a wacking for every "good" reason he could give me for why he wanted to buy lottery tickets to begin with. Now he is pretty sure there are no really good reasons for taking part in the lottery and I got to watch a grown man cry over not even knowing if his tickect won or not.

As for if you need a fin domme or not....well...if it helps at all. That session cost him a steak dinner and less than fifty dollars in cash that he put in my hand. One dollar of which I spent to buy a little piece of paper that I ripped up. I gave the rest of it to the kids and made them buy xmas gifts for needy kids.

MissImmortalPain -> RE: Financial Dommes (12/12/2012 10:52:41 AM)

I love making men cry. Math not so much hahahaha.

TNDommeK -> RE: Financial Dommes (12/12/2012 11:30:04 AM)

Math is fun to Me as well, however I would WANT to do it.

TNDommeK -> RE: Financial Dommes (12/12/2012 7:28:23 PM)

^^^That was supposed to say would NOT WANT to do it.
