I am wondering how female submissives would feel about having their heads shaved. It is an extreme punishment but one that I very much favor. I have shaved many females bald (with their permission) and I still find it the most erotic look on a woman. Many dominant women have also adopted the smooth head look. How do others feel about this?

Having hair to my waist, that would be traumatic. I do think it looks sexy as hell on other women, though. As a punishment I don't think I could do it, knowing how I would feel about it. But if the sub wanted that look it would probably be fun to do it.

I feel simularly to MsKatHouston - it is a very hot look and could be a hot thing to have done - but not one I want to have done to me at the moment. And yes, it would be a limit at the moment - If, say, I fried my hair after dying it or something and didn't care that much anymore - I wouldn't be as adverse to it.

We all have different tastes and mine are that I only like long hair on women....

But shaving any length of hair off as a punishment is just not right in my book! Especially if your sub has long hair, she's condemned to a punishment that could take over a year to resolve. And by that I mean just the hair physically growing back; I'd hate to hafta deal with the likely emotional damage such an action would generate....

My relationships are private and on the rare occasions a punishment is deserved, I not only keep such things between us, I prefer the punishment to be as brief but pointed as the situation demands. And once she serves her "sentence", all is forgiven and she has a clean slate without predjudice! The prospect of her living with the physical consequences for months on end; to hafta explain her obvious change in appearance to all and sundry etc just ain't gonna happen to MY girl!

I say enjoy your fetish, as long as you find someone it's compatible with, but don't mix it with such a powerful dynamic as punishment!

It is a hard limit for me.. period. It took me longer to grow my hair to its present length than most marriages I know of...lol

For some time i was on a medication that made half of my hair fall out.

It grew back, thankfully, with zinc and selenium supplements, but after that? Shaving of my head is limit, but...i'm not sure if i have any SUPER hard deal-breaker limits with my Master. Most of what i'd consider deal-breakers are the same as His, so they're not an issue.

i can't ever, ever see Him shaving my head as a punishment. But if i'd done something to incur that sort of wrath, even after He'd cooled down...i'd submit to it, and be very upset after.

I'm definitely on the side of not shaving my head, although I currently wear my hair short. Sir is fine with me deciding how to wear my hair, as long as it's long enough to grab and pull. :)

Don't find it a punishment, but it is a drastic change.

I shaved my head...oo...just about a year and a half ago now. I did it becuase I'd wanted to, but my Owner encouraged me in it. I think it's a nifty thing to do, both for ease (getting ready was a breeze) and because it was an interesting experiment in societal views on visual gender norms. Anyway, if he wanted me to do it again, I'd do it in a heartbeat.

I agree, though, it's a bit much as punishment goes, simply because it -does- take so long to get back to where you were. My hair's still shorter now, a year ad a half later, than when I first cut it.

To be done as punishment seems a bit harsh. Punishment in my opinion is to handed down quickly and with a firm hand. followed by forgiveness. Not something that is going to take years to recover from.

I can see the attraction, but don't agree on it being a punishment.

Personally it is not something I would ever ask of a sub as a Dom, and as a sub it is without a doubt a hard limit.

While I think it can be sexy on very rare occasions, cal me old fashioned but I just don't find it attarctive. My current partner had her head shaved years ago (before we were in a proper relationship) and I found it most unappealing.

But then again, each to their own...

i shaved my head recently; my hair was waist-length. at first, i thought He would hate it, but He's come to actually find it quite erotic and appealing :) and i used to prefer long hair on either sex, but i'm starting to develop a bit of a bald fetish myself. i am growing my hair out again, but i'm not going to be as squicked about shaving it anymore...

I'm with you fullofgrace....something about bald heads......

I shaved my head a few years ago after my girlfriend had her first chemo treatment and her's began to fall out. Before i did it though, I made her promise she would pull through 100% as i refused to be left to walk around bald all by myself. ....i must say, she looked alot better without hair than i did.

I am with perverse - I do not see it as a punishment persay.

To me, it is more a control technique and a symbolic gesture.

Some people it suits, some it may not - I prefere longer hair but shaved is much easier!

End of the day - it does grow back.

If there is a medical complaint that results in the girl loosing her hair then OK, they CAN still look cute. However I have a marked prefrence for long hair both aestheticaly and for twisting my hand into when pulling her to me for a kiss.

As for doing so for a punishment. Absolutely not, the only point in 'punishment' from my perspective is to give a girl closure on an incident (My displeasure should be enough to correct the error) if she needs it. Something that would likely knock her self-esteam for many months isn't a suitable punishment.... especialy when she would know what my prefrence was!

Wow, I cant imagine what kind of act could deem that kind of punishment.
Nor can I say it's something I'd ever given any thought to. So, I'm taking a note
to add to the hard limit list. Shaving head as a punishment is now on the list.

Perfectly said. I do wish the OP the best of luck in finding someone that wouldn't mind this particular "fetish" of his, but as for myself, it would be a definite no-no to shave my head. Especially for some "punishment" or other, as I believe "punishments" are not necessary for adults. It takes some people a long time to grow hair. Shaving a head is quite a dramatic event and there is no guarantee that once its done, it will grow back exactly as it was before.

If you find bald women to be more attractive than those with hair, wouldn't it be better to find one amenable to the idea of shaving her head because that's what you prefer, rather than using it as a punishment? How long must one be punished?
