I'm curious to know the reasoning behind the question as well.

Now we have to have REASONS to post questions?  WTF?  I thought that it was a stream of consciousness kind of thing. . .

Now, more rules.  This is 129 I believe.

DAMNIT!

I was curious as to how many of you, Dom or sub, male or female, have listed in your profile that you are Straight, but are actually bi-curious, or bi-sexual under very limited circumstances?

~ LD

Sorry, but mine says straight and that is exactly what I am.

The opposite is true in my case.. I selected the "Bi" option because while i don't usually seek to be intimate with a lone female(although there have been times) I can't say that i am completely hetero. I certainly can and do find females to be sensual and erotic. I generally prefer a Male presence when with a female, but there was  not  a "situationally Bi" option.

I'm the same way... I don't mind the company of women.. I don't mind the play with women... but I do like having a man around to "finish" the job... so to speak. I have been in lesbian relationships before and as wonderful as they were there was still something missing (go ahead and say it... a penis... lol) That's probably one of the many reasons that poly works so well for me!! Like the t-shirt says... those that say you can't have your cake and eat it too have never had dinner at my house"!!

Umm. . . that was for humor value.  I have stated on the switch board several times that we (Switches) are not pathalogically incapable of making up our minds.  Add to that the fact that I am bi-sexual. . . well you can see where the confusion lies.

But if you could make up your mind, you wouldn't be a switch.  Or bisexual.

JUST MAKE UP YOUR DAMN MIND, AND STOP CONFUSING ME!!!

Next thing you'll tell me is you eat rice AND pasta, depending on the day......

benji

Very limited circumstances - a guy puts a gun to my head - suddenly I'm very bisexual, as is almost everyone else on here.

And why is Straight capitalized, and the rest not?

And why the hell do you care?

Sorry, I just don't do well with stupid questions.

Yours,

benji

Hey Benji, If a guy puts a gun to my head, does that make me bisexual?

If a guy puts a gun to my head it makes me scared shitless.

That's a yes, then.  It makes you something, and, in the spirit of the OP, it makes you just a bit bi.  Or entirely gay.  Or something.  I haven't quite caught onto this game yet.

Yours,

benji

littlelostbunny -> RE: Sexual Orientation (6/18/2006 10:28:21 AM)

I've listed myself as bi, but I'm bi-curious... leaning towards "pansexual."

I, personally, think it's more productive to take profiles at face value until proved otherwise, rather than "Oooh, she says she's straight, but maybe, under the right circumstances..."

Oh come on!  What fun is it when all involved parties are realistic?  All women are submissive(Dominant), 18, 83 pounds, with huge breasts, and only want to give you a whipping and a threesome.

Now, what universe do you live in?

Yours,

benji

I used to list myself as bi-sexual because like Spankme I have found women to be sensual and erotic. I do prefer to have a man around though.

The reason that I initially changed my profile was due to the large quantity of emails I received from couples, even though the only thing my profile mentioned was that I was seeking a dominant male.

Why be so defensive, if you are comfortable with your choices there is no need to defend them.

I am not really defensive. . . I was chuckling to myself when I wrote it because I think it sounds funny.  As my profile states. . . I have something that I use as a sense of humor.  I do not claim that it is one.

I hope that you and Sab have a great day.

I think that I may need to take humor 101, only they do not offer it here.

thats my fault, im still a newbie, thats all lol

sabswife -> RE: Sexual Orientation (6/18/2006 10:54:47 AM)

ok--- not to boycott the thread but ummm post another question that this got me thinking of...

for the subs/slaves--- if you were to ask your Dom/Master.. "do You want to see me with a woman?" and He replied... "I don't know, I can't really answer that, its not a definitive yes or no."

would that ring as a yes to you??

Depends on the person.

I can read my partner enough now to know that when I say "How you doing?" He will 90% of the time just say "OK."

Based on that one ok I can usually figure out he means "I'm dead sick and tired and need to go to bed" "I'm really ok" or "I really don't want to stop but don't want to make you feel pressured."

Tone, context, previous history and the like all play into how an answer is interpreted.

But generally, if I've asked that specific of an answer and get that specific of an answer, I'll take it as the reality.

marieToo -> RE: Sexual Orientation (6/18/2006 11:09:36 AM)

I consider myself straight.  Ive never had a bi experience. but am open to it.  I would never want an exclusively fem/fem relationship, nor can I submit to a female.   But for the right dominant, I think I could " do " a female under his direction.  But thats probably the only way it would go down for me.

IronBear -> RE: Sexual Orientation (6/18/2006 11:10:00 AM)

It would indicate to me that he possibly isn't secure in his relationship and is afraid of the other person (male or female) may replace him.... I  have always loved my partner bonking anothermanor woman and even two men. There have and are times that I can't join in but I can watch.... (If I'm not too busy with another one or two people myself..)

interesting theory, but i am pretty secure in this not being the case.

so to you in the end, that would have been a yes answer?

feastie -> RE: Sexual Orientation (6/18/2006 11:24:20 AM)

Women are GREAT!
For shopping with, having lunch with, going to the salon with...

Yes, that means I'm straight.  Not bi-curious, not hiding my inner bisexual self for the right man...just plain ol' straight.
