MrRodgers -> RE: Are we on borrowed time? (12/29/2012 7:46:56 AM)

Well, I've been told that every year I live now or very soon...will be on borrowed time. But as a sociological question...YES.

It is of course no. 2 and the let's say the 'monetary' difference is that in our parallel with Rome, they just started to kill each other...or were killed. Here, the govt., having all of the technological power...will kill or imprison the new 'traitors.'

Western capitalism in general and in the US in particular, will see a large minority rebel...or try. They will be vanquished, the resulting society will be 5% in power...95% slaves or peasants, similar to the 2 class society that Rome became before it fell.

Now don't get me wrong kinkroids, we are better than Rome. They went to war to conquer you and steal your gold.

Here they just sell you their shit-paper and when it doesn't flush...the capitalist proletariat will pay the plumber.

Decadent hedonism, financial then civil...will be our undoing.

Both our local Tesco's and our local ASDA (biggish supermarkets) were open xmas day and are also open New Year's day.
