I call her my sister, she was my mom's caregiver before mom died. We are closer than my blood sister and I are.

And she has been my major source of moral and spiritual support since mom died and during some pretty major health concerns last year and still going on. My blood sister was called when it started, and she has called twice since.

As far as any intimate relationship goes between us, we both are take charge types and we clash on a lot of things, so she has her relationships and I have mine.

Late to the party as usual, but I'm with the "no sock puppets" crowd.

I am who I am and my profile has changed over the years just as I have changed over the years.

Honestly, I don't think I could keep up with multiple profiles for more than a couple of days. I have a hard enough time remembering this one's password when I haven't logged on in a while.

no sock account here as i don't see the point. if i've anything to say then i won't hide behind another account to say it. not only that...and i am speaking purely from my own point of view.....but i see it as a lie. if i can't stand by what i've got to say as needles....which is only different to my name elsewhere because that name was already taken (and a ton of others associated with it)...then i don't have belief in what i'm saying.

i also don't like people that have multiple accounts whereby they try to give the appearance of being someone totally different in each account. now if you have these accounts but link yourself to them in some way cool. but if i spot people that have loads i put them all on hide so that i never have to have dealings with them on the other side.

I had a different name years ago that I only used on the other side. This is the only name I have, or will, ever use on the forums.

I have 2 accounts but neither are socks. I have posted under both in the forums here. I created this one simply because I couldn't just change the username on my original one. The usernames are very similar, only a few letters changed. Wish I had the post count of both on this one though. I hated losing my post count and starting over when I created this one.

When I changed my name from Jaz to this I let everyone know. We have got a joint profile called 'SteveandJaz' and we started to use that account a lot but then it stopped allowing us to write to forums for some reason so it now lays dormant.
Never tried to hide who I am on here or any other site but I must admit, it is tempting!

The only reason I won't mention the name of my sock that I used one time on here is because the thread was so personal and I've been here forever, that given the nature of the topic it would be creepy for certain reasons and I'm afraid the info would end up working against me and those I love and being the responses I received, it's probably a good thing I kept it that way.
