I'm just starting to get into the caning genre, of which there are many movies to satisfy the craving ... however ... I'm also interested in tit whipping - yet - I don't see much of that out there in comparison.

To me, while the yelps of squirming and reddening flesh is a delight to the senses, a LOT also depends on how the woman feels when being whipped.

Hence my question.
Q: Is tit whipping inherently different than ass whipping to the whippee (i.e., from the woman's perspective)?

Note: I assume men can answer the same question, however it's not the same; my nipples, for example, aren't sensitive at all, so it can't possibly be the same thing to a woman whose nipples are tremendously more sensitive than what I can feel myself.

Hitting anywhere needs some understanding of that anatomy...  yes, there is a huge difference between the two areas and not just because of sensitivity.  Learn anatomy,  breasts cannot take a beating as much as the butt due to the glands and different nerve ending in the breasts which are more easily damaged...

An ass is basically muscle and fat. Boobs have special tissues for making, storing and giving out milk. It's a pretty complex system in there with lots of little ducts that can potentially get damaged or infected, so they just can't take the same sort of abuse. The skin on the breasts tends to be thinner and more sensitive, and yes, nipples can be very sensitive to pain depending on the woman (even a light cane stroke that hits my nipples can floor me). They contain glandular tissues and around the nipple area there is very little cushioning fat (boobs are mostly fat, but it's distributed differently that other parts of the body).

So from my point of view, I wouldn't play with someone who didn't understand that care needs to be taken - I'd run a mile if they expressed that it didn't seem much different that whipping the butt.

I suppose you can also argue there are psychological differences, since you can see the implement coming at you and it can be harder to suppress the urge to protect yourself with your arms.

Breast whipping can be done. But I'd be very leery of it being done by someone that was not damn experienced with whips. Why not settle for flogging them or hand spanking them instead?

^^^This. Plus damage to breast tissue can cause cysts and other health issues.

I've known several women who had scar tissue from hard impact play to their breasts...and it f*d up their mammogram results. There were more biopsies, because their mammogram had problems seeing through all the scar tissue.

I dunno if others have had this problem.

If I introduce any type of breast play into a scene, I prefer to use either a broad flogger or bamboo skewer sticks for direct contact. I will use a single tail for indirect contact when whipping the back allowing the tip end to wrap around and kiss the breast. Anything heavier leads to mass blood vessel ruptures and deep tissue scarring causing multiple problems. Blood clots, infections, nerve damage/death even breast cancer can be caused by such heavy breast play.

For me yes. It hurts a lot fucking m ore because I don't have as much fat there as I do on my butt. Plus tits are usually much more sensitive than butts. Butts get more abrasive and toughened through sitting and such whereas breasts do not.

When he hits my tits it just makes me want to crawl out of my skin. Thankfully ever since I got my reduction over 10 years ago, I still have a couple of dead, numb spots so it doesn't hurt quite as much in those spots. [8D]

Master likes to use very thin electrical flex to hit my tits. The pain is intense, the patterns are pretty but most of the damage is surface-level.

He hits my ass with pretty much anything to hand - cane, hand, shoe, paddle...you get the drift.

It's two very different kinds of pain, but both rather delicious [:D]

I have scar tissue in my breasts from playing but you wouldn't notice in a mammogram for me anyway because I have fibrous breasts plus other scar tissue from my breast reduction, so for me it's not a big deal with breast playing.

I have hard nodes pretty much all over my body from where Master hits or bites or whatever. Some seem to stay forever, others seem to disappear after about a month or two. I've never had any health issues with them though so it's again, not a big deal to me.
