Status: offline 		Actually, I have no desire to have a pissing contest with you, nor have I attempted to start one.  You obviously, however, don't like being contradicted and proven wrong.

Considering you still don't understand the difference between sales tax, income tax and federal withholding, this conversation could go nowhere because it would be like talking to a dog about why cats chase mice.

In that case, I think the IRS would - reasonably - assume that you paid the guy under the table, and audit him.
