What a wonderful question to ask an artist.  Years ago, when I first started creating erotic art I decided I wanted to try and do some images that expressed my feelings and ideas about BDSM and D/s.  Creating images of floggings and slaves on racks was easy enough, but what I thought was often lacking was the emotional content.  So I started experimenting with images in which I tried to convey an emotion, I wanted to capture "thought" in an image.  Most importantly I wanted to try and capture in an image the emotions, thoughts and feelings that are part of BDSM scenes and relationships.  And since a picture is worth a thousand words, here is a one of the very first images I ever created.  It was done using a 3D graphics program (Poser 4 for those curious).  I call it, Contemplation, what do you think she is thinking or feeling?

Thanks Jali, I was thinking of this last night as I was going over decorating plans for the apartment.

This picture has always spoken deeply to me as being resonant of how I feel in scenes (and William is one of my fave scene photographers) and I plan to have this hanging in my living room.

Thank you so much for sharing, I've got an artist in my household, and we have an oil portrait of the two of us bond together. We are both really into erotic photos, especially tasteful bondage ones! It took me awhile to figure it out also- you have to lowercase the "img"s.  Silly but true.

(edited to add - unfortunately, while it seems to have worked for Tamer's graphics on photobucket, it didn't work for mine that I keep in a folder attached to my yahoo profile - which for probably obvious reasons, I would prefer NOT to link directly to except via a posted graphic that shows up AS a graphic!)

go to www.photobucket.com .. it's an online storage it gives you three ways to link . I use the place as I am also building websites as well ... the site is completely free to store graphics up to a certain amount then you can direct post here to the forums like I did ...... thanks to LA ... woooo LA you are the bomb girl

In a session with a former dominant, my brain was activated to 'see' what was happening despite the fact I was blindfolded.  Ever since it is a 'painting' in my imagination.  I was kneeling with my arms bound behind me, giving the impression of a pyramid.  He was standing in front of me whipping me.  The whip in his hand was the source of light, the ambient color was purple.  His body was the portal that led us to that place, that connection.
