Yes, unfortunately, feminists are stupid. Basically, their reasoning goes like this. If a woman has sex with a guy, then regrets it, she can decide POST-COITUS that it was non-consensual and therefore the guy's guilty of rape.

The tragedy is, that they're supported by a legal system which decides that if a woman blows a guy then inseminates herself with the cum he ejaculates into her mouth, HE'S liable for child support.

The judge who made that decision should've been disbarred.

As far as your statement about feminist being stupid, you have made it perfectly clear on these boards what your opinion of women in general are.

Btw... if a man doesn't want to RISK having to pay child support it's pretty simple.
Either he keeps it in his pants or put a condom on every time.
It's not rocket science.
Then when you leave, take the condom with you and flush it or toss it at YOUR place.
Ta da!

Or get your shit snipped.

What is so difficult about taking personal responsibility?

If they are both drunk and the girl is on top is she guilty of rape since she is in the controlling position?

If he filed chargers possibly.
The problem is many male assault victims NEVER speak out because of the stigma not only from being assaulted by that our society says, "women can't be the abusers."

It's sad.

littlewonder -> RE: Grey area of rape (1/24/2013 5:02:22 PM)

No you're not the only one. Imo, if you don't like it but you don't say anything, how the hell is he supposed to know?? Read your mind??? Fuck. And this is why rape allegations are not taken seriously by police.

Moonlightmaddnes -> RE: Grey area of rape (1/24/2013 5:08:26 PM)

That is what I thought. I was stunned when someone posted that he should know if the woman he is with no longer is interested. Really? I guess men have amazing mind reading talents I was not aware of. [8|]

littlewonder -> RE: Grey area of rape (1/24/2013 5:08:29 PM)

The whole being drunk and crying rape afterwards is so completely dumb to me. I've had sex more often drunk than not. Not once did I cry rape. I know what getting drunk does because well....I'm not stupid! If you don't know alcohol and parties and boys doesn't mix, then you have yourself to blame for being an idiot.

Yeah, I'm not in the majority. I'm ok with that.

ETA: The first time I was raped from roofies being slipped to me, I didn't report it. I was ashamed and blamed myself. The second time, I was kidnapped. I reported it to the police. The police secluded me and my husband separately. They questioned us both. They accused my husband of setting the entire thing up because I was pregnant and he didn't want the child, which is funny since HE was the one who wanted a child, not me. They then tried to accuse me of lying and I was cheating on him and hated my husband. My husband was angry as hell and I broke down and ended up in the hospital from the stress. After that, I wish I would have never bothered. It wasn't worth the heartache and guilt and shame I was made to feel. The police never followed up and just said they had no way of doing anything. [>:]

This is why so few rapes are reported.

Moonlightmaddnes -> RE: Grey area of rape (1/24/2013 5:13:04 PM)

I know what you mean. I was quite the party girl in my younger years. I went to parties and woke up going oh my god what the hell did I do?? Never once did I ever go and say I was raped because I was too drunk off my ass to know better.

Look, I have said in the past that rape should be a capital offense, eligible for the death penalty.

I have said the same for the crime of child molestation.

But then I am an extremist when it comes to sexual predators.

I have personal reasons for this stand, and a dear friend who was a victim and has spent the biggest part of the last 20 years in a mental institution since it happened.

I'm not going to argue the death penalty itself here because that's an entirely different topic. But, the problem with the death penalty for any crime short of murder is that murder is the one crime where the victim cannot testify against the perpetrator and thus is harder to prove. If I were a rapist or child molester and the penalty for those crimes was death, I would make damned sure that my victims could never testify against me.

I'm guessing the majority of rapes are not reported.

I'm a different person now. I would stand up and report if it were to ever happen again. I wasn't strong enough then, and I blamed myself for it. Now I know better, that I didn't actually "ask for it," and that beating my hands on his chest crying "no" meant he needed to stop.

The crazy thing is, he and I briefly talked about it later (we worked on the same team at work). He was clueless that he had done anything wrong, and was surprised that I was upset by it. He felt I told him to stop and he stopped. I think he forgot there was about 10 minutes and an ejaculation (his) between those points.

No witnesses, no evidence that I didn't want it, I'd have lost in court.

Seems like rembering you said no, yet he ejaculated would cause a disconnect in his mind. But then rapist bastards rarely think logically with their penises

The county sheriffs department here has it's own sex offender list with a detailed list of their crimes. There were an alarming number of men in one town that were convicted of forcible rape and sodomy of 4 through 8 year old children. Made me glad I did not live near that town. It did make me wonder how they were still alive. If some guy raped and sodomized my 7 year old little girl there would be a race to see who got to the asshole first to save the taxpayers the expense of a trial.

One thing I do not like about the sex offender registry is it is too easy to get on it. There is a registered sex offender half a block from me. At first glace his crime was rape of a minor. The rape was he had a 16 year old girlfriend who he is now married to. He is done with all the court and trouble from that but has to live the rest of his life on that list.

Women are born mind readers, men are completely incapable to perform this task.

I worked with the guy daily. Trust me when I say he had trouble thinking logically on a normal day! He wasn't the brightest light in the bulb. So it hardly surprised me that he characterized the incident as he did. I mean, it surprised me, but then I remembered who I was talking to.

Other men do think logically with their penises?

jlf1961 -> RE: Grey area of rape (1/24/2013 8:29:03 PM)

Look, a medical rape exam can distinguish between consensual sex and rape. There fore once the doctors testify, it is a done deal in my opinion, and then the death penalty should be applied, the mental problems a rape survivor has after the rape lasts a lifetime.

Oh I know! More then once I have told a friend with boyfriend problems to consider if he is just being clueless. Every single one of the times he has hurt my feelings is because I did not tell him how I felt. Amazing he could not read my mind and know, even though we have been married for 20 years.

yes. 25 years later I still get a pounding scared heartrate in a dark room, and I still check and triple check locks if my husband is pulling an overnight shift. If I did not have small children I would probably have a gun out as well when I was alone.

The problem is the rapist isn't the only one who victimizes the victim, the judicial system does a wonderful job of it as well. Trials can be as traumatic or more so for victims. Which is disgusting and sad.

They can, but they don't have to. It just takes a whole lot of effort to move beyond it.

Yes the woman is a devious shit. Yes it his kid. You don't want a baby, USE A CONDOM. Don't toss that seed willy-nilly and then cry about it later.
When I ejaculate into a woman's mouth, I'm not giving her permission to use my orgasm to father a child. She's committed fraud. If we applied your logic to women who were raped, you'd be screaming "Don't wanna get raped? DON'T WALK ALONE AT NIGHT! NEVER PUT YOURSELF INTO THE POSITION WHERE YOU COULD BE."

The alternative is that you're just another hypocritical woman who believes when the victim is a woman, it's the guy's fault, but when the victim is a man, it's his own fault.

I have read a lot of your posts and I just have to ask. If you think so little of women, why doesn't your profile list you as gay?
Since when is sexual orientation a product of someone's observations about the opposite sex? Or are you trying to tell me that all lesbians are gay because they hate men? What an appallingly backward attitude.

I would've thought so, but apparently some are still clueless. Tragic.

Yes and if a woman doesn't want to RISK being raped, she should take personal responsibility for where she is and who she's with at all times. It's not rocket science.

Wow, this blaming the victim shit is cool huh?

I find it incredibly ironic that women like yourself who are the first to stand up and chant "Why are we teaching women not to be raped, instead of teaching men DON'T RAPE", then turn around and blame the guy when a woman perpetrates a crime against him.

By your logic, when a man has sex with a woman, he should just presume she's a devious cunt and conduct all sexual relations accordingly.

No, I've got a better idea. Why don't we do what we do for all criminals and ensure a woman who commits paternity fraud against a guy is charged for her crime and sentenced accordingly. There's no reason why a woman should get a free pass on trying to claim 18 years of child support. You fuck a woman, you're implicitly taking on the risk of getting her pregnant. When she goes down on you, you're not. If she gets pregnant from a blow job, she's committing fraud.

Again, I find it ironic that women who yell and scream about men trying to control their reproductive choices then support a woman trying to control a man's reproductive choices.

And for the record, I adore women. I just despise anti-male, hypocritical cunts.
