Got my tattoos, wee dots that guide the radiation therapist's ray gun, inked into my butt today. Treatment should begin Monday or Tuesday. On an unrelated note: I owe cmail to your dear self and several other kind folks and apologize for being out of touch. I've been a little overwhelmed with it all (and trying to produce a magazine in my spare time!).

The bone marrow results are worth celebrating! It's great that you have a plan for the next stop, and that it sounds like all the needed services are coming together efficiently for you. That can only add to your feeling of confidence you're in good hands.

Chemo starts tonight, and I'm surprisingly freaked by it. i just need to pop four pills. How hard can that be? But I do wish the bottle didn't say "TOXIC / DISPOSE OF AS BIOHAZARD" when my disposal method is to swallow the damn things.

Made it through first radiation treatment. Prep took forever! I'm hoping that's just because it was the first time.
