quote:
ORIGINAL: tazzygirl A hate group has a specific meaning. A hate group is an organized group or movement that advocates and practices hatred, hostility, or violence towards members of a race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation or other designated sector of society. According to the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), hate groups' "primary purpose is to promote animosity, hostility, and malice against persons belonging to a race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or ethnicity/national origin which differs from that of the members of the organization. I have not seen the NRA fulfilling that definition. Well let me see, it is an organization, that part is okay, promoting animosity I think that is covered, differs from that of the members, okay that is the hard one. Let me put it this way, this is a group and it has complied a list of organization and people who, take an opposing view and published it to it members, making it appear that this list are their enemies, due to a single issue. Okay a loose interpretation I agree to that. Thank you for your input.
