Children - unmentionables - whatever you call them are against TOS. Even using the word 'unmentionables' is not 'OK' so just because you use that or other code words makes no difference whatsoever. It is the context of the post that matters - not the word you use.

I don't see the point of discussing what can and can't be allowed when the TOS are pretty clear. You sign up to CM, you forfit FoS... because to sign to abide by the terms. You break them, you risk warnings or being banned a while/for good. You don't like it - you go elsewhere. Seems pretty straight forward.

Thank you, that's pretty much it.

What this all boils down to is legal liability for the owners of CM.

The last thing we need is for someone in authority to take an interest in us. Not allowing the discussion of children here is a significant part of limiting that exposure. Our users can rail on about censorship and the lack of freedom of speech all they like, but the cold hard fact of the matter is that if someone does take an interest in the site because of those kinds of discussions, it's not your asses that will be on the line. It's not your computer hardware that will be confiscated. It's not your bank accounts that will be emptied or houses sold off to pay your legal fees and/or fines. You're not the ones who will have your lives turned upside-down. It's easy to stand up and proclaim your "rights" when you stand absolutely nothing to lose.

We're sorry, but this isn't a topic that's open to debate. If you cannot abide by the rules here, you are welcome to seek your diversions elsewhere. It's that simple.
