Hey Kana. Have you ever given any thought to saline infusion? Kind of pointless for Me to use on a male because with the male genitalia inflated, it makes it rather useless. On the other hand, for females, it drives their sexual sensitivity and responses way up. Lots of good replies so far. Not much to add except a note on technique. I pinch the skin up and away from the muscle. I grab it and pull up slightly so both the entry side and exit side are pulled up parallel to each other. I like the level of control that method has because you can apply a lot of needles in a very short amount of time if you wish or go painstakingly and tortuously slow.

Cautionary notes . . . always have a sturdy pair of wire cutters. If you accidentally stick yourself in the finger, you can cut the barrel off so you don't drag the contaminated tip of the needle through their open wound.

Technique tips . . . I use corks to set the tips in so I can "rough house" without the needle coming out or stabbing myself with them. They sell real nice tiny corks at Michael's.

we did a corset needling once. It was fun and pretty. The only time I think I've had a problem with needles is when we were at a bdsm club about a year ago and he tried to insert a needle at the small of my back and I think he hit a nerve or something because it felt like hell. He took it out immediately though because he knew it was not a good spot.

So yeah, even those who know what they are doing can make a mistake. And that's why if you're having it done, make sure to communicate clearly to let them know when something is wrong.

I'm personally afraid of needles, particularly, if ever used on me. I cannot imagine a situation, where I would need to suture a boy, but in an emergency, I could take the bulls by the horn, and do some sowing/saving.
If not a a very simple problem, we would have to take our chances, fo the emergency room, and deal with the issue at hand. M
