The diabetic nutritionist, my dr, and the nutrition advise line, says eggs are perfectly fine to have even every day, In fact an appropriate breakfast for me per the diabetic nutrition class I took, and my dr would be 2 eggs one piece of toast and a half an 8 ounce apple. It's just very boring to have day in and day out, so I am not actually inclined to have it every day. I like variety. quote:
