Subano -> Do women care if a man is tall or short when deciding to collar mail him? (2/6/2013 12:21:43 PM)

In recent threads, women often (but not always) replied they really don't want to the ubiquitous cock shot in CM profiles.
Specifically, many of those that didn't want to see naked men, said they use any cock-shot profile as a selection criteria for whom NOT to contact.
And, in another thread, the ladies almost universally decreed they don't use the male cock size as a positive selection criteria.

This question below comes up mainly because most women apparently justified their answers by saying they prefer to engage the MAN, before bothering to care about the specific item attached to that man that he, himself, has no control over.

Yet, clearly, there are selection criteria in many women's profiles - and these all appear to be geared to prevent the 'wrong' men from contacting them (well before they ever get to know them personally).

Given the above results from the recent polls, I ask the following question to better flesh out our human nature.

Do you use height as a strong filter for deciding whether to initiate or continue an existing contact with a male on collarme?
(Note: I couldn't fit the exact question in the poll fields so please assume the context of the poll from the description below.)

Many years ago, I used to say "I'd rather be tall then well hung".

SomethingCatchy -> RE: Do women care if a man is tall or short when deciding to collar mail him? (2/6/2013 12:24:48 PM)

I voted 'I'm a woman and I don't care' because I don't. I married a tall man but if someone's height/weight proportionate and I find him attractive then I see no issues with the amount of inches we've got on each other.

OsideGirl -> RE: Do women care if a man is tall or short when deciding to collar mail him? (2/6/2013 12:28:40 PM)

There wasn't an option for me.

I prefer tall men, but who that person is, was more important to me. So, I have dated guys that were my height.

But, I came from a family where tall was "normal". At 5'6", I'm one of the shortest grandchildren. The girls are around 6' and the boys range from 6'2" to 6'8".

SylvereApLeanan -> RE: Do women care if a man is tall or short when deciding to collar mail him? (2/6/2013 12:32:52 PM)

I'm female and I strongly prefer men who are taller than me. Since I'm 5'3" (160cm), that's not exactly difficult. I filter by criteria other than height.

LadyPact -> RE: Do women care if a man is tall or short when deciding to collar mail him? (2/6/2013 12:39:04 PM)

I have to say this first. This really doesn't have anything to do with BDSM. I know the Mods are being more liberal about these things lately but at some point, these random things do belong elsewhere. Just a personal opinion.

My answer to your poll is that I am female and honestly don't care about the height of a male. My husband is 5'7" and My sub is 6'3". I stand all of 5'2". In no way has it affected My relationships, My choice of partners, or My Dominance. As I've always said, it doesn't matter how tall a man happens to be. They are still looking up at Me when on their knees.

Switcheroo1983 -> RE: Do women care if a man is tall or short when deciding to collar mail him? (2/6/2013 12:41:51 PM)

I am a man, and height is of no great import to me. I'm 6'0 even, so I tend to be taller than many women. However, I prefer men to be taller than me. I see you did leave an option for those that identify as either bi-sexual, homosexual, or transgender.

Lynnxz -> RE: Do women care if a man is tall or short when deciding to collar mail him? (2/6/2013 12:43:32 PM)

I strongly prefer someone taller. I'm 6'1" in stilettos, I'd rather not feel like a Sasquatch. :-/

Luckily C is 6'3" or 6'4", so it's not an issue.

myotherself -> RE: Do women care if a man is tall or short when deciding to collar mail him? (2/6/2013 12:50:28 PM)

I'm 5'3". I have dated taller than me (significantly taller) and guys a little shorter than me.

My preference, through experience, is that I like a man a little taller than me, but not too tall.

More than 6 feet makes me feel uncomfortable - I feel like half of an 'odd couple.

I prefer a man to be several inches taller than me - Master is 5'9" and that's pretty much perfect. We can walk side by side without looking like 'little and large'. I can face him and talk to his face without getting a stiff neck :)

ARIES83 -> RE: Do women care if a man is tall or short when deciding to collar mail him? (2/6/2013 12:53:13 PM)

I did a poll on male-female preferred hights and
I came away with... Generally females find a male
around 6 inches taller to be a good hight and
generally, males find females 6 inches shorter to
be a good hight.

I'm not sure what the thread was called...
actually I'm not sure it was a poll but I'm pretty
sure I worded it like a survey. (bonus points to
anyone who can find it!)

There were a few I think that preferred same
hight, but from memory not many who wanted
men to be shorter.

But as far as what would the effect be on your
CMails... I don't think it would be to much of a
factor.
I like blue eyes, it doesn't mean that I couldn't
be with anyone who didn't have blue eyes...

I'm not tall at all - yet I'm hung like a horse.

For the purpose of attracting women, I would gladly trade most of my cock length, inch for inch, for a few extra inches of additional height.

I'd do it for the women!

TheLilSquaw -> RE: Do women care if a man is tall or short when deciding to collar mail him? (2/6/2013 1:03:38 PM)

I am 5' 1" and I will NOT date a man or woman who is shorter than me.

I have declined dates & relationships with men and women who are shorter than me.

It's interesting that women are both superficial (height) and deep (personality over cock).
It's also interesting that men are both superficial (tits) and deep (personality over height).

Just interesting. Nothing more to add from here.

Hillwilliam -> RE: Do women care if a man is tall or short when deciding to collar mail him? (2/6/2013 1:08:48 PM)

I'm 5'7 on a good day and Ive dated women from 4'8 to 6'. It's just not something I really care about.

AthenaSurrenders -> RE: Do women care if a man is tall or short when deciding to collar mail him? (2/6/2013 1:15:10 PM)

FR

I put that I don't care but as a short-ish woman, I can't think of any adult men I know who are shorter than me. So maybe if I were taller and it came up more often, I would have a preference.

SinFix -> RE: Do women care if a man is tall or short when deciding to collar mail him? (2/6/2013 1:20:38 PM)

I'm a woman and I voted didn't care... Dated both taller and shorter, it's the guy that does it for me not physical descriptors..

theshytype -> RE: Do women care if a man is tall or short when deciding to collar mail him? (2/6/2013 1:37:14 PM)

I voted I prefer someone taller. If I were looking, that would be in my search criteria.

BUT, I have dated just 1 man who was the same height as me. I married him. Go figure.

cordeliasub -> RE: Do women care if a man is tall or short when deciding to collar mail him? (2/6/2013 2:23:25 PM)

I am 5'9", and I prefer taller or at least the same height. My prom date came up to my chin lol. I used to feel bad about wanting someone taller, but honestly, it's just one of those preferences. Like men who want women to be extremely thin or curvy or whatever.

lizi -> RE: Do women care if a man is tall or short when deciding to collar mail him? (2/6/2013 3:45:00 PM)

I'm 5'4" and have dated from 5'4" to 6'4", I don't care at all how tall my date is. I'm one who dates the person, not their height. I find I have a liking for men to be on the shorter side, it's more intimate being with them, however, I don't have a dislike for taller men. It just doesn't matter.

Level -> RE: Do women care if a man is tall or short when deciding to collar mail him? (2/6/2013 4:14:39 PM)

I think I'm 5-10; I prefer a shorter woman, but it isn't a deal breaker at all.
