Oside nailed it. If I were you, I'd be shutting down any interest in a romantic relationship and talking to her about why she has those feelings. You know, assuming the person is who they say they are. Also, forget the legal ramifications. Sure, there could be some, but that's not what you need to be concerned about. I've told more than one client (or potential client, anyway) that the law is only a minimum standard of morality. If you make decisions according to what's legal and what's not, you won't be very well-liked, and your life will be miserable. In your case, you should have a lot of concern about causing permanent harm to somebody who has an over-fantasized idea of what they're walking into. Could you go far enough that there were legal repercussion? Yes, but can you do a lot of harm while staying within the bounds of the law? Absolutely.
