It is so difficult for me to leave out vowels and type in acronyms. I'm 25 and I really only use "lol." Sometimes I'll use "fyi," but that's almost a basic part of language nowadays, so it doesn't really count as text-speak. I despise text-speak, actually. It doesn't take that long to type a few more letters...just do it, I'll wait.
