No joke. The walking dead aren't even the zombies, they're all the people left alive. That said, I almost cried at Merle's passing. Not only because I felt bad for Daryl, either. Merle proved to be a good guy at the end with what he was trying to do. And yeah, he told himself he was only doing it because the people at the prison meant so much to his brother, but I think he was trying to prove himself to them, too; to earn their respect and make himself a part of the group. Merle was a broken man from the start, but one with an inherently good heart, it just took him a very long time to show it.

I was surprised I felt so sad about Merle. I was like "man... I hate Merle, why am I sad?" =p Oh Walking Dead... I was glad that he did the right thing in the end, even if it cost him his own life. I don't think he had quite earned anyone's respect. They were letting him stay because they didn't want to lose Daryl. But I think he'll have earned their respect with what he did.

The first episodes I saw were where they first get to the farm; now, I've got them all dvr'ed, and I'm trying to watch it all in order. Stupid show has me hooked...

Ditto. I don't watch much TV, but Walking Dead, I can't miss. And my son asks me repeatedly why I always watch the reruns, because I'm not a rerun watcher... I LOVE THIS SHOW!!!

Last night was GREAT! I loved the ambush! The gov. killing his own people. YIKES! I want to see that car ride for the 2 men that got in the truck with him. Lol I don't blame Carl for how he reacted and killed the kid from Woodbury. He reacted like a scared kid trying to protect his family. So it's also easy to understand his reaction to his dad being back people from Woodbury. I think they need to go STRIP Woodbury of ALL supplies. EVERYTHING!!!!

I like the show even though the standard of acting is terrible and so is the script, and the direction. It is usually so very bad that it is actually quite good, I like the way the entire cast seem to only have one facial expression which they employ in all situations, their we have ran out of baby food facial expression is identical to their someone standing beside me has been eaten by a zombie facial expression.

Call me a Fanboy, but I love this show! I have a Tshirt that says "Everybody Makes Fun of the Redneck until the Zombie Apocalypse" now I am seriously considering this one. I am seriously considering a road trip to the prison, its only 3 hours away from me!
