While enjoying the whole season I was disappointed with the last two episodes because of:

- Michone (sp?) turning warm and fuzzy and trying to rationalize with Merle in the car instead of trying to escape
- Rick thinking for one second the Gov would agree to peace if he turned over Michone (and he was a cop?!)
- The Gov shooting just about everyone instead of just one to set an example, and, Martinez not shooting the Gov after proving he wasn't stable by shooting everyone (Wtf?) No alpha dog in their right mind would follow an unpredictable psychopath after a shooting like that
- That ridiculous ending with Rick leading a Road Warrior style pilgrimage back to the prison (that school bus looked familiar)-- wouldn't it been more prudent to take over the nicely equipped town instead of that concrete zombie filled cesspool since the Gov took off?

In short, a number of characters weren't consistent with who they have been early on in the season; I thought the season was otherwise great up until this point. Btw, where are they getting fresh water? Okay, I'll stop there...

I did however like the scene with Merle ambushing the Gov's men after leading the zombie parade. Apparently he was the only one with tactical smarts out of the group.

I finally got caught up.

I hate that Shane and Andrea (and even Merle) had to die, but that's one thing about the show, no one is ever really safe.

Plotholes.... what happened to the Guv? Did Rick and co just load up half the town?

Anyone have any ideas on what'll happen come October?
