That is TOO cool! I bought one at a garage sale myself a few months ago, and I'm still just staring at it, lol. I gotta use it, but I haven't been camping yet, and I'm dying to break its cherry there.

Master seasoned it for me. It's a thing of beauty. I used it to make a loaf of homemade bread, it cooked perfectly and popped right out.

I'm pissed at him. I got him chocolate truffles and he ate all of them at once. Blood sugar 158 the next morning.

I've had one or two a day from mine and still have a lot left.

Today we got chocolates, Moët,and diamond heart necklaces. Then hubby took us out to dinner to our fav. Indian restaurant.
What about you guys?

Well, I was out of town and working on Valentine's Day. I think we had dinner at the "Pizza Ranch." However. . . like any other holiday it is move-able.

I got in about midnight.

I went shopping today and picked up the things for Valentine's Day.

Several years ago I started doing this. I like seafood. The other half does not. He likes steak. I do not. We BOTH like popcorn shrimp.

I got mussels for myself to cook, a sirloin steak (the butcher-guy said it was a good steak to grill*) for the other half, popcorn shrimp, a pasta mix (I did not feel like making one from scratch and we both love pasta salad) and some bakery rolls.

So I cooked up all the food (I do love cooking) and we ate. The other half says that the steak was wonderful. I dunno. I tasted it and it tasted like steak. But he did not need to put any sauce on it, so I guess that is a good thing. I am not very familiar with grilling or cooking steaks.

Butterhead and Roscoe received chocolate. Butterhead got dark chocolate Ghiradelli and Roscoe got a milk chocolate XOXO thingy. He is 16 months old, he does not have a "favorite" yet.

Dinner was good and family time and being home for the weekend is very nice.

I do understand that some folks feel pressured by the commercialism to "do something extremely wonderful," and so they toss the whole holiday. I am more the type that decides to make the holiday work for me.

*Usually he is at the grocery store with me and I tell him to go pick one out.

Oh! Congrats Kiwi!

my little girl was born on Valentines day so I don't have to deal with the mushy stuff anymore. It was cute and funny when she came home from school telling me the whole school had a party for her birthday.

Master woke me by licking me. Then He had breakfast ready including fresh strawberries and whipped cream. There was a dozen variegated roses on the table along with the biggest 5 part I love you balloon, a box of chocolates with a teddy bear, valentines cupcakes (I love cupcakes), and a package of golden Oreos (haven't been allowed to have any of those in over 6 months bc I was addicted. Also a very romantic card.

After breakfast we had some work to do then showered and ran errands. We picked up the most awesomely sexy red heels that He had bought for me. I wanted to cook for Him but it was getting late so I asked to take Him to dinner. First 3 places had a long wait(silly me I knew that would be the case is why I was going to cook) but then I remembered a place not everyone knows about. Less than ten minutes we were seated having margaritas. They were so good Master could only drink one and a half. Highly unusual for the man that orders them 2 at a time normally. We split appetizers and an entree but each had a flan for dessert. Then He took me to the movies and we held hands like kids.

After the movie we went home and watched tv and I fell asleep in my favorite position, cuddled up with my head on Daddy's chest. We woke and played some and then played World of Warcraft for awhile. The whole day was beautifully and sickeningly romantic.

Friday I had to work. But when I got home at 7 am, Master had a picture of roses that said its not Valentines Day and I love you. He also had breakfast waiting. I took a shower but He made me go to sleep since I had to get up in 5 hours to work another double. He sent me to work after licking me to orgasms then spanking me until I orgasmed again.

I am such a lucky girl.

I know some people might be shocked that the sick, twisted ResidentSadist has a very warm, romantic and loving side. But the secret is out. It of course in no way diminishes that He is Master and a hard core sadist. It just gives me even more reasons to love Him.

. . . It's not so much that I have a warm, romantic and loving side, it's more like she (samdarella) is an awesome slave and great relationship partner. It is a pleasure to give some love back and do it in good style. The breakfast table was a nice surprise and those shoes are kinda' hot, photos below. The movie was A Good Day to Die Hard and it was great. Can't believe they pulled off another one in that franchise.

^ those shoe are hot aren't they. I had to buy them for her. It's like lingerie, even though I got it for her, the gift is really for me because she looks so hot in them.

Yep. She prefers dark chocolate to milk chocolate, just like her mother does. Which of course means that I have to share any chocolate that I get for myself. That is not really a problem though. I figure that I am a working adult and so I can buy myself chocolate when I want it instead of waiting and hoping for someone else to buy it for me. LOL (Yes, I have met and talked to females that always waited around for someone to buy them some candy. )

Ok so I didn't know Samdarella and RS were together, that's awesome. I'm so late, lol. That is a wonderful Vday gift.

Aylee, I'm a steak eater and let me tell you, if there was no sauce needed, you cooked a hell of a steak!

I'm glad you guys enjoyed yourselves!

Tafkaa, I got you a valentines card with a sucker through it, but i have since ate the sucker. Y'all remember those from when you were a kid?

My Valentine's Day was bittersweet. (I am not one for the holiday.. I haven't celebrated it in 6 years, but it's his thing.. so we did.)

I woke up to a very nice card and flowers. We ate a quick yogurt, and we were out the door. We went on a beautiful 25 mile bicycle ride (I was about dead by the end) and when we got home I made a nice brunch. We had egg white omelet's with feta, green peppers, mushrooms, and onions. I did some potatoes as well. (No bread in this house. )

After that he performed a "concert" for me. He really is a fabulous singer. All love songs of course.

Earlier in the day we had a mini discussion about a new health issue that has popped up. Unfortunately, we had a longer discussion after the "concert". I'm still kind of numb from it. I suppose we will see.

The discussion caused many tears and a lot of heart ache... so to "perk" up our spirits we went to see a movie. Identity Thief looked really funny in the previews, but I thought it stunk. After the movie we went to a local place for some ice cream.

The only word I have for my day is bittersweet.

Allie

ETA: Kiwi.. I wish you are yours all the best!

My Valentines Day.....

I spent 18 hrs with a client...not much time for enjoyment when she wants to change up travel plans and shoping schedules at the last minute, then chooses a car for travel that sticks out like a sore thumb.

So yes mine was less than stellar..
