Yes to Craigslist, great suggestion. You will need 3 things to do an effective website. One, space on someone's web server. This can be very inexpensive since you will not be generating large amounts of traffic. That is to say you will not use large amounts of bandwidth. Two, a good searchable name for the site and your business. Once again cheap in terms of money, but crucial in terms of traffic generation. Three, in your case someone to do it for you. I would recommend you contact the local, high schools, community colleges, computer clubs, and or use craigslist again to find someone to do it for you. It should not cost that much in terms of the return you can expect from it. In this hunt for your web person don't underestimate a savvy senior type with computer skills since they are closer to your client demographic than younger people are.
