Question for anyone who may know -

So you record an audio greeting, right? But it's not showing on your main profile? It's not showing on the mobile site. I created an audio from the audio journal, and that shows on the main site, but not the mobile site??

What am I doing wrong?

I'm not sure, I've never used CMs mobile site.
I would suggest hitting up Support on the other side.

The audio feature on the site makes use of Adobe Flash, which is not directly supported on most mobile platforms. So, you are not doing anything incorrectly; audio in journals will not appear on the mobile site.

As for the audio greeting, the site notes that it may take two hours for the greeting to appear after recording, so I'd give it some time. I'd also verify that the recording was successful by visiting the Audio Greeting link again and confirming that a greeting is present (it should say "You have an audio greeting" and provide an option to delete it rather than to record one). If the greeting still hasn't appeared on your profile within a day or two, you could try support as suggested: Support Link.

Thanks - yes this was over a week ago. And when I verity under audio greetings it's there and it plays fine - but just doesn't show on the profile. I tried it three times......but it's been well over a week and it's still now showing. I did contact support and they say they will look into it. It's no big deal I just thought I was doing something wrong. In the past when I've made audio, they have always showed up on the profile right away......that's why I thought it was odd that it didn't this time.
